Hacking group BYOD claims it published a file containing records for 3,615 Trump Mobile customers. PCMag’s reporting says three people listed in the file confirmed they had interacted with the service, but that limited corroboration does not verify every record or establish a confirmed count of affected customers.
What information was reportedly exposed?
According to PCMag’s report, the file contained names, phone numbers, email addresses and physical addresses. The available reporting does not establish that passwords, payment-card details or Social Security numbers were exposed.

The 3,615 figure is BYOD’s claimed count of records in its published file, not a regulator-confirmed tally of affected people. PCMag reported that three people named in the file confirmed prior interactions with Trump Mobile; one reportedly recognized information reflecting a canceled service plan. Those accounts support the authenticity of some records, but do not validate the full file.

BYOD claimed responsibility for the publication and told PCMag that it infected an employee of Liberty Mobile, which the report describes as a Florida-based mobile virtual network operator that powers Trump Mobile. The group said it then accessed exposed Trump Mobile subdomains. That is BYOD’s account, not an independently verified technical finding, so the exact route and extent of any access remain unconfirmed in the available reporting.

Have Trump Mobile or Liberty Mobile responded?
The mirrored PCMag report said Trump Mobile and Liberty Mobile had not replied to requests for comment by the time it was published. The available sources do not establish whether either company responded later.
Is this connected to an earlier Trump Mobile website flaw?
PCMag’s report also recalled a website flaw flagged by two YouTubers in May 2026. Trump Mobile reportedly fixed that flaw and said it found no evidence its systems had been compromised at that time. The reporting available here does not show that the May flaw caused BYOD’s newly alleged incident.
