If you’re looking for a giant Gundam plush, the clearest official examples are two oversized Haro prize plushies from Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX: a standard Haro and a version wearing a knit cap. Both were released in 2025, but their official listings do not confirm that they are still available.
Which large Gundam plushies are officially documented?
BANDAI SPIRITS lists two Gundam GQuuuuuuX Haro plush prizes under the “Meccha Mofu Gutto” name. The listings establish the products and their appearance dates, but do not state dimensions, fabric composition, or current stock.

These are prize plushies, not products whose listings promise ongoing retail availability. BANDAI SPIRITS notes that appearance timing can vary by region and store, and that older items may no longer be in production or on sale.

Are the jumbo SD Gundam figures plushies?
No. Premium Bandai’s Maru-P catalog also includes jumbo SD Gundam soft-vinyl figures, including RX-78-2 Gundam, Guntank, and Guncannon. They are large collectibles made of soft vinyl, not plush toys, so they should not be confused with the Haro plush releases.
As a sense of scale, a November 15, 2024 official announcement described the SD G-3 Gundam jumbo soft-vinyl figure as about 23 cm tall, with a planned April 2025 shipment and an announced price of ¥16,500. Those are details from that historical announcement, not a statement of current price or availability. See the Gundam Official Website announcement.
