Gundam Blitz Order is a newly announced free-to-play idle simulation game for iOS and Android. Bandai Namco announced it on October 15, 2026, but has not yet revealed a full release date. The first opportunity to play is a Japanese network test scheduled for November 18–24, 2026.
What is Gundam Blitz Order?
Gundam Blitz Order is built around an idle-game loop: your squad can continue collecting enhancement materials through auto-battle, allowing progression without constant hands-on combat. Those materials can then be used to strengthen units, including leveling an entire group at once. Newly obtained units are intended to be usable immediately rather than requiring a separate lengthy unlocking process.

The announced roster spans more than mobile suits. Players will be able to combine mobile suits, warships and Mobile Armors from across the Gundam series. Bandai Namco describes the game as featuring highly detailed new mobile suits, new warships and armours, and team construction focused on leading a custom formation to victory.

Automatic resource collection
Auto-battle is the central convenience feature. Battles can generate enhancement materials automatically, which you spend on unit development. The published description presents this as a way to make steady progress while reducing the need to manually play every encounter.

Formation and unit strategy
Team building is not limited to choosing the highest-level units. Unit abilities, traits and EX skills are expected to influence which units belong together and where they are placed in a formation. Because the roster includes mobile suits, warships and Mobile Armors, the final strategy may depend on how different unit types support one another.
Planned mission types
Bandai Namco has announced several kinds of activities:
Rank #2
- The latest internal frame design features a semi-monocoque structure, letting you experience the process of building a Mobile Suit
- The joint structure, returning to the original design, incorporates a new mechanism where the parts that look like joints bend properly by reinterpreting the movable axis
- The legs, inspired by the close combat MS Gundam that it's known for, use composite frame joints to create a human-like outline even when moved
- Details are intricately carved into parts not visible from the outside, such as joints and the backs of parts. Noticeable mounting holes have been removed, resulting in a seamless, integrated design
- The product box will have a Bandai Namco warning label, which is proof that you are purchasing an officially licensed product
- Boss battles: intense encounters against powerful opponents.
- Escort missions: missions in which your team protects a warship while it travels to a destination.
- PvP: competitive player-versus-player content.
These are announced plans, not results from an independent hands-on test. The publisher says the game remains in development, so features and content can change or end without prior notice.

iOS and Android availability
The game is planned for both Apple’s App Store and Google Play. The announcement identifies iOS and Android as the supported operating systems. It does not provide a complete device list in the announcement; prospective testers should check the official Gundam Blitz Order site for compatibility before applying.

Network test schedule and application details
The first public test is a Japanese network test with a planned capacity of 2,500 participants. Applications and testing use Japan Standard Time (JST), so readers elsewhere should convert the deadlines to their own time zone.

- Confirm that your iPhone, iPad or Android device meets the compatibility requirements listed on the official site.
- Submit the application during the October 15–26, 2026 JST window.
- Watch for the test-selection or participation instructions provided by Bandai Namco.
Submitting an application does not establish a full commercial release date, and the published materials do not indicate that every applicant will be accepted. The stated limit is 2,500 participants.
When will Gundam Blitz Order release?
There is no announced full release date. The November 2026 network test is a limited development test, not the commercial launch. Bandai Namco has not confirmed a worldwide release schedule, regional rollout, final feature list or launch-day device requirements. Treat any date beyond the test period as speculation unless the publisher announces it.

|---|---|

What prospective players should watch
The network test should clarify how much active decision-making sits alongside the idle systems, how formations and EX skills interact, and whether boss, escort and PvP activities use separate progression rules. It may also reveal practical requirements such as storage space, connection stability and supported device generations. Because the game is still in development, test behavior and content should not be treated as a guarantee of the final release version.
For now, the clearest description is a Gundam squad-building game that automates material collection while asking players to make strategic choices about a mixed roster of mobile suits, warships and Mobile Armors. Players interested in trying it should apply before the October 26 JST deadline and verify device eligibility on the official site.
