Rockstar’s October 8, 2026 announcement previews six GTA VI radio stations, each with a named host pairing. Lana Del Rey co-hosts Back Country Radio with Morgan Wallen and Jeremy Dufrene, Bad Bunny co-hosts Cocoteo FM with RaiNao, and Robyn co-hosts Flash FM with Alex Consani. The other three hosts are Burna Boy and Palms Trax on AfroBank FM, Kerry King and Tom Araya on The Chamber 106.6, and Trick Daddy and Trina on Dirty South Classics. The host names come from Pitchfork’s report, while Rockstar’s own descriptions use on-air character names.
The six stations and their hosts
Rockstar’s official GTA VI music page describes six stations, and it calls the set the widest-ranging radio and podcast selection the series has offered. The formats span modern Latin, renegade country, African music, metal, pop, and regional rap and hip-hop.

How the hosts appear on air
Rockstar’s descriptions use character-style names and short forms rather than the performers’ full names. The page includes “El Martillo and La Gata,” “MW and Delta Dawne,” “Burna and Palmsy,” “DJ Kerry and DJ Tom,” and “Robyn and Alex.” The page does not list every station-to-name pairing in the preview text, so the performer identifications above rely on Pitchfork’s reporting, which names the people involved.
Artist commentary
RaiNao, who hosts Cocoteo FM, told Pitchfork: “It feels incredibly special to lend my voice to GTA VI and do it in the best way possible: having fun, embodying a character who’s like me, and putting our culture, our music, and our people in the spotlight.” The quote appears in Pitchfork’s report, which was written by Alex Suskind.

The FADER’s reporting names songs that illustrate each station’s sound. These are examples from that report, not a complete playlist for any station:

Radio stations and GTA VI: The Album are separate announcements
Rockstar presents the station previews and GTA VI: The Album in separate sections of its site. The album contains 34 original tracks and lists six debut singles, according to Rockstar’s album page. Those figures describe the album alone. Rockstar does not say the album is the complete in-game radio tracklist, so the station songs and album tracks should not be treated as the same list.
Can you listen on foot?
Rockstar’s page confirms that GTA VI features in-game radio and podcasts. It does not confirm a specific on-foot listening feature, so how the stations are accessed in play has not been established from the official material available as of October 8, 2026.
Release date, platforms, and physical formats
Rockstar’s game page lists November 19, 2026 as the release date for Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Release details can change, so confirm them on Rockstar’s official page before planning a purchase.
