Yes. A PEGI content description reproduced in MP1st’s October 2, 2026 report says There are also strong sexual themes, including nudity, scenes of intercourse and occasional scenes of sexual fetishes.
That is the detailed wording as reported by MP1st; Rockstar’s own page shows broader US ESRB descriptors rather than this PEGI paragraph.
What the reported PEGI description says
MP1st attributes the sexual-content sentence to PEGI’s “content-specific issues” description. Push Square also reports the rating-description language. The specific wording reported by MP1st is: There are also strong sexual themes, including nudity, scenes of intercourse and occasional scenes of sexual fetishes.
(MP1st; Push Square.)

This is a rating-board content description, not a scene-by-scene account. The reported wording does not establish how long a scene lasts, how graphically it is depicted, whether it is optional, or the context in which it occurs.
What Rockstar’s US ESRB listing says
Rockstar’s official Grand Theft Auto VI page displays these ESRB content descriptors: Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Mature Humor, Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, and Use of Drugs and Alcohol. It also lists In-Game Purchases. The page does not include the detailed PEGI sentence quoted above. (Rockstar Games.)
#1 Best Overall
These are descriptions from two different rating systems, presented at different levels of detail: the PEGI wording is reported as a specific explanation of sexual content, while Rockstar’s US-facing page lists ESRB descriptors. The labels should not be treated as interchangeable or as evidence that both systems use identical criteria.
Release details
Rockstar lists Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a November 19, 2026 release date. Its June 24, 2026 announcement describes the game as single-player. Rockstar also says the physical boxed version contains a download code inside the box; the announcement does not say that the box includes a disc. (Rockstar Games; Rockstar’s June 24 announcement.)
