The PlayStation Store also labels the game “PS5 Pro Enhanced” and confirms offline play, one-player support, Remote Play and DualSense vibration and trigger effects. It does not yet publish exact PS5 Pro resolution, frame-rate, ray-tracing or graphics-mode specifications.
The PS5 features PlayStation has confirmed
DualSense haptic feedback
PlayStation says the DualSense controller reacts to player actions with responsive vibrations. The Store separately confirms that vibration effects are supported when using the DualSense wireless controller.

Adaptive triggers
Adaptive triggers provide dynamic resistance during gameplay, according to PlayStation’s feature description. The Store lists trigger effects as supported, but does not detail how resistance will vary between weapons, vehicles or other actions.
Integrated controller speaker
The DualSense speaker adds sound effects, with PlayStation describing those effects as enhanced by the controller’s haptics. The listing does not provide a complete catalogue of speaker-specific cues.
#1 Best Overall
- Haptic feedback - Feel physically responsive feedback to your in-game actions with dual actuators which replace traditional rumble motors. In your hands, these dynamic vibrations can simulate the feeling of everything from environments to the recoil of different weapons. .Operating temperature : 41 °F to 95 °F (5 °C to 35 °C)
- Adaptive triggers - Experience varying levels of force and tension as you interact with your in-game gear and environments. From pulling back an increasingly tight bowstring to hitting the brakes on a speeding car, feel physically connected to your on-screen actions.
- Built-in microphone and headset jack - Chat with friends online using the built-in microphone or by connecting a headset to the 3.5mm jack. Easily switch voice capture on and off at a moment’s notice with the dedicated mute button. Internet and account for PlayStation Network required.
- DualSense Controller PS5 and PC compatible. Not compatible with PS4.
- PS Remote Play requires Remote Play App connected to Wi-Fi, PS4 or PS5 console with the latest system software and compatible game. A PS4 or PS5 console with a wired connection via a LAN cable is recommended. Version 4.0 of the Remote Play App on iOS and iPadOS or version 4.1 on macOS is required for games to be playable with the controller over Bluetooth.
Tempest 3D AudioTech
PlayStation says Tempest 3D AudioTech surrounds players in Leonida’s distinct soundscapes and provides highly accurate audio positioning. That is the platform-level audio feature officially named for the PS5 version; the listing does not specify supported headset models or individual audio modes.
Ultra-high-speed SSD
The PS5 version uses the console’s ultra-high-speed SSD for what PlayStation calls “near-instant load times.” This is an official platform description, not a published loading benchmark, so no measured seconds or comparison with another console is established.

What the Store confirms about compatibility
- PS5 Version is listed.
- PS5 Pro Enhanced is listed.
- DualSense vibration function and trigger effects are supported.
- Offline play is enabled.
- The game supports one player.
- Remote Play is supported.
“PS5 Pro Enhanced” confirms a Pro-specific enhancement label, but PlayStation’s current listing does not say whether that means a higher resolution, a different frame-rate target, ray tracing, a particular graphics mode or another technical change. Treat those details as unconfirmed until PlayStation or Rockstar publishes them.

| SSD loading | Ultra-high-speed SSD and “near-instant load times” claim | No separate Pro loading figure stated |
| Resolution, frame rate and ray tracing | Not stated | Not stated |
This is the full extent of the platform comparison in the current PlayStation materials. It would be speculation to assign a resolution, frame-rate mode or ray-tracing capability to either console from the Pro label alone.

What is—and is not—in the Ultimate Edition

The Standard Edition comparison therefore has no additional upgrade-content details stated in the published materials.
How the PS5 experience fits together
- Play with DualSense. Use a DualSense wireless controller to access the listed haptic, adaptive-trigger, speaker, vibration and trigger-effect features.

- Choose the edition based on extras. The Ultimate Edition adds the published bonus content and named destinations; the Standard Edition is the lower-priced option.
- Check the final Store terms. Confirm the release timing, preload window and any GTA+ eligibility when pre-ordering.
