Those are descriptions of leaked development clips—not confirmation of the final game’s plot or features.
What reports said the Lucia footage showed
In a roundup updated August 26, 2026, Dot Esports attributed multiple clips to a leaker group or account called Cyberleek. The outlet described an earlier nighttime vehicle clip that ended with a short cutscene snippet featuring Lucia. It then described a later release as the first several minutes of story footage, showing Lucia in prison.

The distinction matters: the first reported appearance was brief, while the later footage was framed by the outlet as more story-focused. These descriptions do not independently establish that every reposted clip is genuine, complete, or representative of the game that will ship. The reviewed coverage also did not independently verify claims that the leaker had access to a full development build.

The two sources therefore serve different purposes. Dot Esports reports what unauthorized clips appear to show; Rockstar’s extended look is publisher-released footage with an explicit statement about its capture. Neither should be used to claim that the leak’s specific scenes or details are confirmed in the finished game.

What the footage does—and does not—confirm
Based on the reporting, it is fair to say the clips were described as showing Lucia, including in a prison sequence. It is not fair to treat that description as proof of a particular plot, gameplay mechanic, or final-game scene. Development footage can be incomplete or changed, and the available reporting does not establish which visible details will remain in the retail release.
Rockstar’s official extended look is a separate, more reliable reference for what the publisher has chosen to show. Its publication does not amount to a comment on the leak or verification of the leaked material.
