GrimKeep launches November 30, 2026, on Steam and PlayStation 5. Resolution Games lists the game at $14.99 USD. It is a single-player grimdark roguelite dice-builder in which players assemble item-and-dice synergies while trying to reach a monster-infested castle and defeat the Princess.
What kind of game is GrimKeep?
GrimKeep adapts a deckbuilder-style build loop around a bag of dice. You collect items, roll dice to activate item bonuses and multipliers, and shape a build over repeated runs. Dice types can provide effects such as poison, healing, or gold, while combat also involves defensive choices, stuns, and healing.

Does GrimKeep have a demo?
Steam has a GrimKeep demo listing. A launch-announcement syndication page reports that the demo is scheduled to be available during Steam Next Fest from October 19 through October 26, 2026. Those dates are upcoming as of October 7, 2026, and a listing alone does not establish whether the demo is accessible outside that event. Check the live Steam page for current access and timing.

The Steam listing names The Huntress and The Beast as starting heroes and says further characters unlock through progression.

Controls and play format
Steam lists GrimKeep as single-player and says it has full controller support; it does not say a controller is required. On PS5, the store listing specifically names DualSense vibration and trigger effects.

PC system requirements and languages
Steam’s published minimum requirements include Windows 10 or macOS 12 Monterey or later, 4 GB of RAM, and 1 GB of storage. Windows minimum graphics are DirectX 11-compatible with 1 GB of VRAM. For Mac, the minimum processor is an Apple M1 or an Intel Core i5 from 2015 or later. The recommended memory is 8 GB.

What is known about development?
In an August 2026 Steam Community devlog, the GrimKeep team said it invited around 50 people—primarily fans of roguelites and deckbuilders—to a two-week alpha. The developers described using feedback to work on healing availability, difficulty, and progression directed by the player. That small developer-run playtest offers context about the development process, not a representative measure of player reception or an assessment of the final release.
