Does Hitachi’s ownership change explain the rating?
No causal link is established. Hitachi, Ltd. reported that a transfer of part of its Hitachi Construction Machinery shareholding was completed on November 7, 2025. Its ownership ratio declined from 25.4% to 18.4%, and Hitachi Construction Machinery ceased to be an equity-method associate.
