Going Under has no conventional cheat-code list established by the available sources. Its practical shortcut is persistent progression: learn Skills at the Cafe, then use them enough to earn endorsements that let you start future runs with them. Relics, meanwhile, come from defeating dungeon bosses.
Are there cheats for Going Under?
No conventional cheat-code list is established for Going Under. Instead, the game lets you improve future expeditions by learning Skills at the Cafe and earning endorsements through repeated use. Steam’s official listing describes learning and combining Skills as part of the progression system.

Skills picked up during a run are not permanent unlocks by themselves: a game-specific guide says they disappear when the dungeon ends or Jackie dies. Learning a Skill at the Cafe adds it to the pool for later runs; earning its endorsement allows it to be pinned as a starting Skill. Exact requirements may vary by Skill, so check the in-game prompt rather than assuming one use is enough.
How to unlock and pin Skills
- Find a Skill during an expedition. The community-maintained skill guide describes Skill rooms, where Jackie chooses between two options, and Cubicle reward boxes after completing an Exit Slide room. See the community Skills guide for examples, and verify any specific location in your current game.
- Learn the Skill at the Cafe. After finding one, use the Cafe’s learning option so it becomes part of the pool for future runs. A Skill obtained only during a dungeon run will not carry over when that run ends.
- Use it repeatedly to work toward endorsement. Endorsement is the progression step that makes a Skill eligible as a starting Skill.
- Pin it before a run. Once endorsed, select it as a starting Skill. Choose an effect that suits the way you want to play, rather than treating one combination as best for every expedition.
Steam encourages experimenting with combinations of Skills because they change how Jackie plays. Try a newly learned Skill in runs where its effect has a clear role, then decide whether it is worth prioritizing as a start.

How to unlock relics
Relics are tied to boss progression. The founders of the failed startups sit at the bottoms of their dungeons; defeating them returns Jackie with enchanted relics that empower the company, according to the game’s Steam description. The available sources do not establish a complete, authoritative relic-by-relic checklist.
One game-specific guide identifies Mana Press as an early relic and says it permanently adds a heart container. Treat that as a guide-reported example, not a full inventory of relic effects.

More content and old dungeons
Update notes describe Jackie’s Room, Impostor Mode, a Rolodex, additional Skills, curses and items. They also explain that old dungeons can be accessed using levers near slides in Fizzle. Those notes reported 25 new Skills, 9 new curses, 24 new items and 99 Skills total at the time of that update; these are update-specific figures, not a verified current count.

Combat tips that fit the game’s systems
Match the weapon to the situation
Weapons are plentiful, but they can break unexpectedly. The official game description advises cautious use and choosing the right weapon. Consider what the immediate fight calls for, and avoid relying on one item as though it will last indefinitely.

Use improvised weapons
Nearly anything can be a weapon in the dungeons, including laptops, brooms and body pillows, as the official Steam listing puts it. Treat objects you find as legitimate options, not merely scenery, and adapt when your current weapon breaks.
Build around Skills, not a universal tier list
Skills change how you play, and Steam specifically encourages combining them. Experiment with effects that complement one another and your preferred approach. The available official material does not rank weapons or identify a single best build.

Turn experimentation into lasting progress
When a Skill changes a fight in a way you like, learn it at the Cafe and use it often enough to pursue endorsement. That converts a temporary discovery into a possible starting option for later runs.

Going Under is a single-player satirical dungeon crawler developed by Aggro Crab and published by Team17 Digital. Steam lists its release date as September 24, 2020. The setting is the cursed ruins of failed technology startups, where an unpaid intern explores procedural dungeons.
