To get the Stellar Lens in Fisch, speak with Braden in the blue-roof cabin at Boreal Pines, collect the six Broken Stars scattered across six islands, then return to him. The suggested route below starts at Moosewood and follows the location guide’s order to limit backtracking.
Start Braden’s Star Projector quest
Find Braden in the small blue-roof cabin on the right edge of Boreal Pines, at GPS coordinates (21628, 141, 4483). Speak with him before visiting the star locations; the guide says this unlocks the six Broken Stars as collectibles. One guide spells the quest giver’s name “Brayden,” so use the name shown in your game if it differs.

The documented requirement is to collect all six Broken Stars and bring them back to the quest giver. The guides do not state a level requirement, currency cost, or additional prerequisite.

| Order | Island | Where to look | Finding tip |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Moosewood | At the top of the lighthouse, beside the wooden railing. | Go to the back of the island and climb to the upper lighthouse platform. |
| 2 | Snowcap Island | Near the high peak’s large central ice spike and bent tree. | Check the peak near the icicle. The guide describes using the upper pond and slanted rocks to climb without mobility gear. |
| 3 | Ancient Isles | (6142, 391, 657) | Climb near the waterfall, locate the green tent, then check behind the tree directly behind it. |
| 4 | Terrapin Island | (124, 200, 1978) | Find the green-clothed NPC near shore; the star is on the sandy ledge to his right. |
| 5 | Roslit Bay | (-2001, 190, 389) | Climb to the upper volcano platform and go left around the corner. |
| 6 | Mushgrove Swamp | (2519, 156, -921) | From the shipwright, follow the island’s left edge to the watchtower and sleeping guard; check the rock behind the tower. |
Making the climbs easier
Snowcap, Terrapin, and Roslit involve steep terrain. The guide suggests an in-game Velocity Coil, Gravity Coil, or glider as optional ways to make climbing faster; none is documented as a quest requirement. It also describes on-foot approaches at Snowcap and Roslit, so mobility aids are not essential to the route.
Return to Braden for the Stellar Lens
After collecting all six Broken Stars, go back to Braden’s Boreal Pines cabin and speak with him to complete the quest and receive the Stellar Lens. The guides distinguish this quest reward from lenses they say are crafted at Vega.

These six Broken Stars are fixed collectibles at the island landmarks above. They are different from Fallen Stars that spawn randomly in craters; searching crater spawns is not part of this quest route.

The route, landmarks, and coordinates come from a secondary location guide updated August 25, 2026; other walkthroughs support the Boreal Pines start and the Stellar Lens reward, and independently support the Terrapin and Roslit coordinates.
