How does customization progression fit in?
The Coalition’s multiplayer overview says nearly every customization item can be earned through play. It describes direct routes through seasonal and event challenges, achievements, and medals, as well as earning Coins in matches and spending them in the Barracks for other items. These are general customization routes, not documented ribbon-specific unlock conditions.
