Act 4 has 41 reported collectibles across six chapters: Hope and Ruin (13), Technical Difficulties (2), Tough as Nails (14), Signals (5), Paths Diverge (2), and Critical Failure (5). Spoiler note: This guide names chapter locations, items, and optional content. If you want to discover them yourself, stop before the relevant chapter section.
