Chapter 1: Emergence (3 collectibles)
- Monster Jaw (also called Monster Claw): After the first enemy encounter, look along the street by the news kiosk. One guide places it in front of the newsstand on the right after the pipe fight and cutscene; another describes the corpse and nearby kiosk or street area. Search the surrounding space rather than relying on a precise point.
- Bloody Transit Worker’s Helmet: In the maintenance tunnel, check the left side near the body, flash torch, or nearby opening.
- Front Page of the Kalona Times: After helping the civilians, enter the bakery and search the kitchen and counter area.
Chapter 2: Survival of the Fittest (4 collectibles)
- KPD Police Bulletin: In the police department’s first room, inspect the desk on the left.
- Bloodied Police Chief’s Badge: Look beside the Police Chief’s body, pinned against a wall.
- Army Recruitment Pamphlet: Search behind the reception desk in the recruitment-center lobby.
- Try on Pilot Helmet: Check the helmet display near reception. Guides differ on the exact placement and ordering of the recruitment-center items, so inspect both the display and nearby reception area.
Chapter 3: A Gear in Need (2 collectibles)
- Tomatoes, Canned: In the Pay-n-Save warehouse, search the left side of the second area or room, including the floor tray and nearby boxes.
- Broken Lancer Bayonet: After the warehouse cutscene and Tai sequence, check around the nearby Locust bodies by the produce sign and store exit.
Chapter 4: Back in the Fold (4 collectibles)
- Front Page of the Tyran Chronicle: At the chapter start, inspect the right-side alcove or adjacent alley near the Bar & Lounge billboard or sign. The paper’s name is spelled differently in some guides.
- Anti-UIR Propaganda Poster: Before entering the clinic, check the right-side wall and stairs area with graffiti.
- Landa Memorial Medical Supplies Memo (also listed as Medical Supplies): Inside the clinic, search the tables in the room before the exit; one guide specifies the tables on the right.
- COG Tags of Private Brick Rosso: After the clinic fight, look by a police car near the body on the route toward Echo Park.
How to use the checklist if you missed an item
Check chapter progress to identify which section is incomplete, then replay that chapter and search side rooms, alleys, and nearby spaces before moving on. The listed landmarks are more dependable than disputed micro-directions: where guides differ, sweep the adjacent area. One guide also reports a quiet musical cue or controller vibration near some collectibles, but treat those as backup hints rather than a guaranteed signal.
