The GB Gold Pockit Air All Terrain is built around an ultra-compact fold and low carry weight, but the practical fit depends on the exact market version: published child-weight limits range from 17 kg to 25 kg, and the US product page’s claimed weight conflicts with another official specification. GB lists it for children from six months, not newborns. Treat “all-terrain” as a model name and design claim, and check both your stroller’s label and your airline’s cabin-baggage policy before relying on either the capacity or the travel promise.
What the Pockit Air All Terrain is designed to do
GB Gold positions this stroller as a compact travel option. Its US product page promotes a handbag-shaped fold, double wheels, a breathable mesh backrest and compatibility with airplane hand luggage. Those are manufacturer claims, not independent proof that it will fit every overhead compartment or roll well on every surface. GB Gold’s US product page

The catalogue describes a two-step fold and an automatic fold lock. It also lists an adjustable harness, a UPF50+ sun shade, double wheels, breathable mesh and a basket with a 5 kg maximum load. These catalogue specifications may not describe every market version, so check the documentation supplied with the stroller you are considering. GB Gold catalogue
Check the child limit and weight for your version
The published maximum child weight is inconsistent across the available product records. The current US page says up to 55 lb (about 25 kg); GB’s catalogue says up to 22 kg; CHOICE lists 17 kg for its reviewed item. An Australian distributor page also gives both 22 kg and 17 kg in different sections. These are not interchangeable specifications for one confirmed universal version.

| Source and market context | Published child limit | Published stroller weight |
|---|---|---|
| GB Gold US product page | 55 lb (about 25 kg), from six months | 10.4 lb |
| GB Gold catalogue | 22 kg, from six months | Not stated in the cited catalogue details |
| CHOICE listing, item tested in 2021 | 17 kg | Not stated in the public listing |
| Anstel Australian distributor page | 22 kg in one section; 17 kg in another | 4.7 kg |
There is also a weight discrepancy: GB’s US product page says 10.4 lb, while its linked product-information page says 10.4 kg. The latter conflicts sharply with the approximately 4.7 kg figure on non-US sources, so it should not be treated as a settled weight. Check the label and current manual for the specific stroller, especially if carry weight matters. GB Gold product information
The Australian distributor lists folded dimensions of 18 × 30 × 35 cm and an unfolded size of 710 × 445 × 1010 mm. These dimensions are tied to that source’s listing; confirm them against the local version before comparing it with luggage limits. Anstel product page

Age suitability: not a newborn stroller
GB states a minimum age of six months. Anstel says the seat does not lie flat. On the available specifications, do not choose this model for a newborn or assume it provides a newborn-appropriate reclined position. If your child is near the minimum age, check the manual for the required readiness and correct harness fit.
Does “all-terrain” mean it handles rough ground?
The brand attributes surface maneuverability to the stroller’s double wheels, but the available product descriptions do not establish independent performance on gravel, cobblestones, snow or other rough terrain. “All Terrain” is part of the model name and a feature claim; it is not evidence that the stroller suits every route. Consider the actual surfaces you use and look for version-specific, independent results before treating terrain handling as a deciding advantage.

CHOICE lists a test record for the stroller with a 2021 test year, but the public page gates the expert rating, performance scores and detailed pros and cons. The public listing therefore does not support a test-based recommendation or a claim that the stroller passed or failed particular terrain tests. CHOICE review listing
Will it fit in an airplane cabin?
GB calls the stroller “airplane hand luggage compliant,” but that is not a guarantee that a particular carrier will accept it in the cabin. Airlines set their own baggage dimensions and procedures, and rules can change. Check the operating airline’s current stroller and cabin-baggage policies for every flight, including any connections; ask whether the stroller can be brought to the gate or must be checked. Do not rely on the product name or a general manufacturer claim as confirmation of cabin acceptance.

Features and practical trade-offs
Compact fold and carrying
The compact, handbag-shaped fold is the central selling point. Whether that is useful for your trip depends on the actual folded dimensions and carry weight of your market version, not just the fold description. The conflicting weight figures make checking the product label or manual particularly important.

GB describes a breathable mesh backrest and an optional padded seat inlay for cooler conditions. The inlay is an accessory, not evidence that the stroller’s standard seat is suitable for every climate. Confirm local availability and compatibility with the exact model before buying one.

Basket and shade
The catalogue lists a maximum basket load of 5 kg and a sun shade with UPF50+ protection. Verify these features and limits on the version you own, and follow the manual’s load guidance rather than treating the catalogue as a universal specification.
What to verify before buying or travelling
- Read the local manual and stroller label for the minimum age, maximum child weight and model identification.
- Confirm the stroller’s actual weight and folded dimensions for your market version.
- Check the operating airline’s current rules and get confirmation if cabin carriage is essential.
- Match the seat position and support to your child’s age and needs; this model is listed from six months and is not described as lying flat.
- Consider the surfaces you regularly use rather than assuming “all-terrain” guarantees performance on them.
- Check basket capacity, included shade and accessory compatibility against your own product documentation.
- When comparing travel strollers, compare specific versions on fold size, carry weight, child limit, seat suitability, basket load, wheel behavior on your routes and the availability of independent test results.
