The Garmin Venu X1’s black model was reported at £484.99 on Amazon UK on October 1, 2026, which T3 described as the listing’s lowest price in the previous 365 days. That is a dated report, not confirmation that the price is still available. The watch’s defining features are a 2-inch AMOLED display and a 7.9 mm-thick case; its battery estimate falls from up to eight days to up to two days when the display is set to always-on.
What the reported Amazon deal says
T3 reported the black Garmin Venu X1 at £484.99 on Amazon UK on October 1, 2026. The same report gave Amazon’s listed RRP as £599.99 and the launch price as £679.99, and said Amazon marked the deal as its lowest price in the preceding 365 days. These are UK prices and price-history claims as reported on that date; the current listing and offer have not been independently verified. T3’s October 1 deal report.

What makes the Venu X1 different
A large screen in a slim, light case
Garmin specifies a 2-inch (51.2 mm diagonal), 448 × 486-pixel AMOLED display in a 41 × 46 × 7.9 mm case. The watch weighs 34 g without its band and 40 g with the supplied ComfortFit band. Its lens is sapphire crystal; the case is fibre-reinforced polymer with a titanium caseback. Those measurements explain the “super-thin” positioning, while fit and comfort will still depend on the wearer and the chosen band. Garmin’s product comparison.

These are manufacturer figures, not independent battery-test results; actual runtime depends on settings and use. Garmin’s product comparison.

Garmin lists built-in mapping, more than 100 sports apps, training readiness and training status, an LED flashlight, music storage, Garmin Pay and a 5 ATM water rating. Who should consider it—and what to weigh
- Consider it if: you want a large AMOLED screen in a particularly thin case and value Garmin’s mapping, training tools and sports features.
- Check your priorities: always-on display cuts Garmin’s estimated smartwatch-mode battery life to up to two days, while GNSS use with music is rated up to seven hours.
- Check phone expectations: calls, voice messaging and the phone assistant depend on a compatible paired smartphone; the assistant requires a Bluetooth connection.
- Check the deal itself: the £484.99 price and 365-day-low claim refer to T3’s October 1, 2026 report about the black Amazon UK listing. They do not establish today’s price or availability.
