When and where is the event?
All 2026 activity is at QSNCC in Bangkok. The business exhibition and conference begin on Thursday 29 October and continue on Friday 30 October. The public entertainment area opens on Friday 30 October and remains open through Sunday 1 November.
QSNCC is described by the organiser as centrally located and reachable by public transport. That makes rail or other public-transport connections practical for visitors who do not want to drive and for wheelchair users who need to avoid long outdoor transfers. The organiser has not published a separate 2026 parking or vehicle-drop-off timetable in the information currently available, so check the venue’s visitor guidance before setting out by car.

- UNISEX Modern Fit Sizing - this shirt is slightly tapered to be a little less boxy than the old style of mass-market t-shirt. Nothing drastic, and most people wear the same size in our shirts as they do in all of their others, but you might go one size larger if you're on the fence. It is pre-shrunk, but like any high-cotton product, will still shrink slightly in the wash. Our model photos are the real thing - the actual shirt on our salesguy, Rich. He's 6' 2", 200 lbs and wearing a large
- Soft Fabrics - This shirt is a ringspun, 30/1 fine jersey knit on 90% USA-grown cotton (10% polyester for the two-tone effect). If you don't speak t-shirt geek, that means they are soft and smooth with a high thread-count, tight knit made out of fuzzy plants grown by American farmers. These are mid-weight shirts - a bit lighter than your mass-market, thick gym class t-shirts, but substantial / not see-through. It's a nice balance between comfort and durability
- Tearaway Tags - Our shirts feature an easy-tear tag that will come out without damaging the stitching, if you would prefer to not have a tag in your shirt

How much do tickets cost?
Standard one-day pass
The public 1-Day Pass costs 200 baht. The published price already includes Thailand’s 7% VAT. It provides entry to the public entertainment area for the selected event day during the normal 10:00–20:00 operating period.
One-day Fast Pass
The 1-Day Fast Pass costs 300 baht, including 7% VAT. Its practical differences are an earlier 09:30 door opening and access to the Fast Lane rather than the standard entry lane. It is still a one-day ticket, not a pass covering all three public days.

Where should you buy tickets?
Buy online through Zipevent, the event’s official ticketing partner, or purchase at an official onsite ticket counter. Use only those channels. The organiser warns that tickets from unofficial sellers may be fake or unauthorised and can be refused at entry.
- Choose the public day you intend to attend.
- Select the standard 1-Day Pass or 1-Day Fast Pass.
- Complete the purchase through Zipevent or an official counter.
- Keep the confirmation and ticket available for admission checks.
- Bring identification or other documents requested by the ticketing system, especially if you may purchase or consume alcohol at the venue.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. A ticket bought for Friday cannot be moved to Saturday, and you cannot resell or hand it to another attendee under the published conditions. Confirm the date, ticket type and attendee details before paying.
Do business or conference tickets include the public show?
Not automatically. A business visitor ticket by itself does not include admission to the public entertainment area. Conference delegate and VIP tickets include entertainment-area access. If you have another business credential, check its entitlements; otherwise, buy a separate entertainment ticket for the public halls.

Business exhibition and conference hours
The business exhibition and conference are scheduled for Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October, 10:00–18:00. Registration counters are listed as open 09:00–17:00. Conference entry is restricted to eligible industry professionals and people holding conference or VIP tickets, so a standard public pass is not a substitute for a conference credential.
What are the public opening hours?
The entertainment halls are Halls 2–4 on the ground floor. Their published hours are the same on each public day:

| Sunday 1 November 2026 | 10:00–20:00 | 09:30 | 09:00–19:00 |
The 09:00 counter opening is for ticket-shop service; it does not mean standard ticket holders enter the halls at 09:00. Fast Pass holders have the earlier 09:30 door time, while the standard public opening is 10:00. The published material does not state whether visitors may leave and re-enter on the same ticket, so ask staff before exiting if that matters to your plans.
Can children attend, and do they need tickets?
Height-based entry rule
The public FAQ uses height rather than a minimum age:
- Under 110 cm: free entry, but the child must be present at registration and accompanied by an adult.
- Above 110 cm: a ticket is required and the child must be accompanied by an adult.
The published wording does not explain how staff handle a child measured at exactly 110 cm. If your child is close to the threshold, contact the organiser before purchase rather than assuming which category applies.

Planning for families
Measure a child in normal footwear before selecting tickets, keep the child with the accompanying adult through registration, and carry the booking details for every ticketed family member. The adult-accompaniment requirement applies even when the child’s admission is free. The available policy does not publish a separate child-only entry area or a different public opening time for families.

Alcohol sales are restricted to people over 18. Government-issued identification is required for an eligible purchaser. This is separate from the event’s height-based admission rule: a child can attend with an adult, but cannot legally buy alcohol.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The organiser’s FAQ states that wheelchairs are allowed at the event. QSNCC is also described as centrally located and accessible by public transport.
The published information does not provide a detailed map of ramps, lifts, accessible toilets, seating, queue bypasses or reserved drop-off points for the 2026 show. Visitors who need a specific facility should contact the organiser and QSNCC before travelling, then confirm the location with staff on arrival. Arriving before the busiest period may make registration and movement through the halls easier, but the organiser has not promised a dedicated wheelchair queue.
Can I bring a guide dog or another assistance animal?
No under the published venue policy. The organiser states that guide dogs and other animals are not permitted inside the event halls or QSNCC. That wording includes assistance animals, so do not arrive assuming a guide dog will be admitted.

- Perfect for gamers who love cats and video games, this funny shirt features a hilarious gamer cat design that appeals to boys, teens, men, and women who enjoy gaming culture.
- Great gift idea for birthdays, holidays, or any occasion for the video game enthusiast in your life who appreciates funny graphic tees and humorous gaming apparel.
The public FAQ does not describe an alternative accommodation, relief area or remote-access option. If you require an assistance animal, contact the organiser before booking and explain your needs. Obtain a written response if possible, because a general wheelchair-accessibility statement does not override the separate animal restriction.
What is known about the programme?
The confirmed time blocks are available, but a complete session-by-session programme has not yet been published. The organiser’s dates and programme pages are the places to check for later announcements, stage times, exhibitor activities and any changes to operating arrangements.
PRIMETIME livestream
A PRIMETIME livestream is scheduled for Thursday 29 October from 20:00 to 21:00 GMT+7 on major streaming platforms. It is scheduled outside the public entertainment-hall hours, so someone watching online does not automatically receive admission to the physical event.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How large is the show?
For scale only, the organiser reports that the 2025 edition attracted more than 206,159 visitors, more than 5,590 industry professionals and 294 exhibitors or pavilions. Those are 2025 figures, not a forecast or attendance guarantee for 2026. They indicate why popular halls and entry lanes may become busy, particularly on the weekend.

- Buy through Zipevent or an official onsite counter, never an unauthorised reseller.
- Check whether the 200-baht standard pass or 300-baht Fast Pass better fits your arrival plans.
- Verify every child’s height category and provide an accompanying adult.
- Save tickets and confirmations where they can be shown quickly at registration.

Common problems and what to do
You bought from a third party
Unauthorised tickets may be rejected. Contact the seller and the official ticketing channel before the event, but do not assume the organiser can replace a ticket that violates the non-transferable policy.

You need to change the day
The published conditions do not allow exchanges, refunds or transfers. Verify the date before purchase; a later change request is not an advertised option.
Your business pass does not scan at the public halls
Business admission alone may not include entertainment access. Confirm whether your credential is a conference delegate or VIP ticket; if it is not, purchase the appropriate public entertainment ticket.
Your child is near 110 cm
Because the public wording distinguishes under 110 cm from above 110 cm without explaining the exact 110-cm case, ask the organiser before buying. Bring the child to registration if using the free category.

You need an assistance animal
Do not rely on the wheelchair policy. Contact the organiser in advance about the animal restriction and ask what accommodation, if any, is available.
