None is a direct replacement for Nivalis Nights’ mix of business management, relationships, and everyday city life.
What kind of game is Nivalis Nights?
Nivalis Nights is a cyberpunk life and business simulation, not a conventional combat-focused RPG. Steam lists it under Adventure, RPG, and Simulation, while its store description calls it a “slice-of-life simulation.” ION LANDS describes it as a cyberpunk life sim on the official website. The game was previously announced as Nivalis; ION LANDS announced the name change to Nivalis Nights on June 30, 2026, and Steam records a September 29, 2026 release date.

You start with a noodle stand and can grow it into restaurants and nightclubs. Along the way, you can buy or grow ingredients, fish and explore by boat, decorate your home, build relationships, and encounter character stories and mini-games. Curfew adds risk to exploring after dark. Each day asks you to balance developing the business against spending time with the city’s residents. Steam’s description puts that choice this way: “In this slice-of-life simulation, every day is a choice: will you spend it growing your business or forging bonds with the city’s strange inhabitants?”

Cloudpunk: go back to the city
Cloudpunk is the clearest choice if Nivalis itself is the draw. ION LANDS connects Nivalis Nights to the city featured in Cloudpunk; the latter follows courier Rania through Nivalis, emphasizing story-led exploration and encounters with people around the city. Its overlap is setting, not management: expect deliveries and narrative exploration rather than building a hospitality business.
VA-11 Hall-A: stay behind the bar
VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action shares the satisfying service-and-conversation angle. Its Steam description places you behind a bar, serving patrons and hearing their stories in a cyberpunk world. It is the best fit here if meeting customers is more important to you than exploring a larger city or managing several parts of daily life.

The Red Strings Club: follow the conversations
The Red Strings Club is another bartender-led cyberpunk story, with dialogue and character interaction at its core. PC Gamer describes an adventure featuring bartender Donovan, a hacker, and an android. Choose it for a focused narrative experience, not for Nivalis Nights-style business building or an open-ended routine.

- Setting continuity: choose Cloudpunk for another story in Nivalis.
- Hospitality and day-to-day simulation: stay with Nivalis Nights; the alternatives here do not reproduce its business-and-life loop.
- Service-centered character storytelling: choose VA-11 Hall-A or The Red Strings Club for bar work and conversations, with the latter framed as a focused adventure.
Sources and store details
Check the current store pages for availability and system requirements, which can change. Steam lists Nivalis Nights as single-player and identifies Windows 10 64-bit as the minimum operating system, with 16 GB RAM, a graphics card with at least 6 GB VRAM, and 42 GB of storage. Its recommended requirements specify Windows 11 and a faster graphics card. These are the listed PC requirements, not a guarantee of performance on every system.
