The reported screen sizes are 6.27 inches, 6.66 inches, 6.47 inches and 6.89 inches, in the same order. Reports from early October 2026 also say the Pro and Ultra use a newer M16 panel, while the two smaller models use an M14-class panel. None of this has been confirmed by Samsung. Every figure below is a rumored target from unofficial sources, and the sources are not fully independent of one another.
How much will the Galaxy S27 cost?
The most detailed price figures come from a post by the tipster account @phonefuturist, dated October 7, 2026. 9to5Google reproduced the post on October 8, 2026, and Android Authority reported the US starting targets the same day. The post gives separate US and international columns and includes the caveat “Regional pricing varies. Current targets, subject to change.”

Why the Ultra has two US prices
The leak lists the S27 Ultra at $1,399 or $1,499 in the US, and it does not say what separates the two figures. They could reflect different storage or memory configurations, but the reports do not establish that. Treat the Ultra as having a rumored range rather than a single price, and do not compare it directly with the one-figure rumors for the other models.
Why these numbers may move
The same post notes that prices differ by region. The Android Authority coverage also points out that targets can shift with component costs. A rumored price in this table is therefore a planning figure, not a shelf price.

For a sense of today’s comparison point, 9to5Google sets the rumored S27 Ultra price against current Galaxy S26 Ultra pricing. The reports used here do not give a current S26 Ultra price, so check a retailer for that figure.
What display will the Galaxy S27 have?
A separate report relayed by SamMobile gives rumored diagonal sizes for all four models. ANTARA also reports the same sizes. Note that the Pro is not the largest model: by these figures, it sits between the base S27 and the S27+.

M16 versus M14-class panels
Both the October 2026 leak and the earlier ETNews reporting place M16 in the Pro and Ultra, and both place the lower two models on an M14-class panel. The leak calls the base panel M14+, while the ETNews-based report says M14. That is a difference in wording, and the reports do not explain it. The bigger question is what the M16 tier is meant to deliver, which the next section covers.
SamMobile attributes several characteristics to the M16 panel: higher peak brightness, better power efficiency, improved color accuracy, longer lifespan, Color Filter-on-Encapsulation (COE), and Privacy Display. These are described as technology characteristics reported for the panel. They are not measurements taken from an S27 device, and no reviewer has tested an S27 display.

Will the Galaxy S27 Pro have Privacy Display?
The reports tie Privacy Display to the M16 panel, and the leak places M16 in the S27 Pro and S27 Ultra. That makes the Pro a plausible candidate, but no source reviewed states outright that the S27 Pro ships with Privacy Display. Treat it as a rumored feature of the M16 tier rather than a confirmed Pro specification.
How is the S27 Ultra different from the S27 Pro?
The reported differences between the two top models are the screen size (6.89 inches for the Ultra against 6.47 inches for the Pro), the rumored price (roughly $100 to $200 more in the US for the Ultra, depending on which Ultra figure applies), and the features tied to the M16 panel, which both are reported to share. SamMobile’s headline describes the Pro and Ultra as getting the biggest OLED upgrade in three years, so the panel is the main reported point of difference between these two and the rest of the range. The reports reviewed do not list other hardware differences such as cameras, processors or battery capacity, so any such comparison would be speculation.

What do the panel production targets tell us?
ANTARA News, citing GSMArena reporting from its October 3, 2026 article, says Samsung Display’s reported target for S27 panels is 47 to 48 million. That compares with an approximately 40-million target for the S26, which makes the S27 target about 10% higher. The same report says 2 to 3 million S27 Pro panels were to be prepared in 2026, with 4 to 5 million in 2027.
These are production-plan figures. They suggest that Samsung Display is preparing a large volume of S27-class panels and that the Pro is expected to be a meaningful part of that plan. They do not confirm how many phones will be sold, which models will use which panel in the final lineup, or whether a launch will happen on the timing implied.
How reliable are these reports?
- The price figures come from one tipster. The @phonefuturist post is the origin of the price table. The October 8 reports from 9to5Google and Android Authority repeat it, so their agreement does not verify the underlying numbers.
- The panel data has two chains. The leak and the ETNews-based reporting agree on which models get M16, but they differ on the lower-tier panel name.
- Production figures rely on secondary reporting. ANTARA relays GSMArena, and the figures were not verified directly against Samsung Display.
- No official Samsung statement was found. The reports reviewed contain no Samsung announcement, regulatory filing or spokesperson comment about the S27 lineup, prices or specifications.
What to watch next
The most useful signals will be an official Samsung announcement of model names and panel types, regional price lists at launch, and hands-on reviews that measure brightness and any privacy-mode behavior on the M16 display. Until then, the reported figures above are best read as planning targets that may change.
