The M36 has the more detailed display on paper: its 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel is 1080 × 2340, while the A07 5G’s 6.7-inch PLS LCD is 720 × 1600. Both list a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, so that figure alone does not distinguish them. Choose the M36 if sharper resolution and AMOLED are priorities; the specifications do not establish a broader real-world viewing-quality comparison.

Samsung describes the A07 5G display as supporting up to 800 nits HBM (high brightness mode) in its 12 February 2026 launch announcement. That is a manufacturer specification, not an independent measurement.
Which has more useful camera hardware?
The M36 provides a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro camera, plus a 13 MP front camera. The A07 5G has a 50 MP main and 2 MP depth camera on the rear and an 8 MP front camera. The M36’s ultrawide adds a shooting option the A07 5G’s listed rear cameras do not provide, and OIS is listed for the M36 main camera but not the A07 5G.

These specifications describe hardware, not comparative photo quality. Megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone takes better pictures.
Does the A07 5G’s larger battery mean longer battery life?
Samsung lists typical capacities of 6,000 mAh for the A07 5G and 5,000 mAh for the M36. The A07 5G therefore has the greater stated capacity, but capacity does not translate directly into guaranteed hours of use. Samsung says actual battery life can vary with factors including network and usage; no comparable runtime test is established here.
