What the Gabit Smart Ring tracks
Gabit describes the ring and its app as general-wellness tools. How much confidence should you place in the tracking?
Marie Claire UK Senior Analyst Sophie Cookson reported wearing the ring daily for four months. She said that after exercise, the heart-rate readings from the ring and her Coros Pace 4 matched. She also described sleep scoring based on duration, consistency, sleep debt and wake after sleep onset (WASO), alongside displays for sleep stages, heart rate, HRV and skin temperature (Marie Claire UK, August 2026).
