2. How much of the offer goes to Fusion CX?
The reported total issue of ₹702 crore consists of 1.73 crore new shares worth ₹500 crore and 69.90 lakh shares worth ₹202 crore offered for sale by existing shareholders. The distinction matters: proceeds from the fresh issue go to the company, subject to the stated uses, while OFS proceeds go to the selling shareholders. The OFS is not fresh capital for Fusion CX.
#1 Best Overall
The company is a customer-experience services provider. According to Moneycontrol’s October 9, 2026 report, fresh proceeds are intended for repayment or prepayment of borrowings; investment in step-down subsidiaries Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited to upgrade IT tools, including Arya and MindVoice; and acquisitions and general corporate purposes. The exact allocation among these uses should be checked in the prospectus rather than inferred from this summary.
3. What do the reported financial results show?
Moneycontrol reported the following results for Fusion CX. These are secondary-reported figures, not figures independently verified here against the complete prospectus:

| Period | Revenue from operations | Profit after tax |
|---|---|---|
| FY25 | About ₹1,329.3 crore | About ₹74.3 crore |
| FY26 | About ₹1,818.1 crore | About ₹169.8 crore |
| Quarter ended June 2026 | About ₹490.4 crore | About ₹55.7 crore |
The reported FY25-to-FY26 numbers show higher revenue and profit, but investors should read the audited statements and notes in the RHP to understand what drove the change, whether it is sustainable, and how cash flow, borrowings and other obligations compare with accounting profit. A single quarter is not a reliable forecast of a full year.
4. What valuation figures have been reported?
ETMarkets reported price-to-earnings ratios based on FY26 diluted earnings per share of 20.51 times at the ₹275 floor and 21.55 times at the ₹289 cap. It also reported a three-year weighted average return on net worth of 24.59%. These are reported metrics with a specific earnings basis; they do not, on their own, establish whether the offer is cheap or expensive or predict future returns.
For a useful comparison with listed customer-experience or business-process outsourcing companies, investors would need to compare like-for-like earnings measures alongside growth, client concentration, geographic exposure, debt and cash position, and the share of proceeds going to the company rather than selling shareholders. No peer valuation comparison is established by these figures alone.

IPOinfo reports, citing RHP disclosures, that the top five customers accounted for 39.55% of FY26 revenue and the top ten for 49.66%; the US and Canada accounted for 85.26%. These figures are secondary-source claims and should be checked against the RHP’s risk-factor and concentration tables, including the definitions and periods used. If confirmed, they indicate exposure to a limited group of customers and to particular markets; a customer loss or regional disruption could therefore matter materially.

Fusion CX’s official RHP page identifies a Red Herring Prospectus dated October 8, 2026, and warns that investment in the equity shares involves a high degree of risk. Access to the prospectus is not a recommendation to subscribe. Before applying, read the complete filing, especially the risk factors, audited financial statements, exact proceeds allocation, borrowings, customer and geography disclosures, and the terms of the OFS. The official page’s linked prospectus is the primary document; secondary reports are useful summaries, not substitutes for it.
