Fusion CX has scheduled its anchor-investor bidding for 13 October 2026, a day before its public issue opens. The proposed anchor allocation works out to approximately ₹315.9 crore at the top price of ₹289 a share, so the widely reported ₹315 crore figure is an estimate—not a confirmed post-allotment amount.

Business Standard, carrying a Press Trust of India report dated 9 October 2026, quoted the company’s pricing announcement: “AI-powered customer experience solutions provider Fusion CX Ltd on Friday fixed the price band of ₹275-289 per share for its ₹702 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO), which will open for subscription on October 14.”
How the approximately ₹315 crore anchor figure is calculated
Moneycontrol reported an anchor reservation of 1,09,30,796 shares, equal to 45% of the offer. Multiplying that quantity by the ₹289 upper-band price gives approximately ₹315.9 crore, which rounds to ₹315 crore.
#1 Best Overall
- The amount is an arithmetic estimate based on the published share count and the price-band cap.
- It should not be described as a completed fund-raise until the allotment and proceeds are confirmed in the relevant exchange or company filing.
- The final rupee value could differ if the allotted quantity or final anchor price changes.
Fresh issue versus offer for sale
The ₹702 crore offer combines new shares issued by Fusion CX with shares sold by existing holders. The fresh issue is up to ₹500 crore, while the offer for sale (OFS) is ₹202 crore.
| Component | Amount stated in the offer materials | Who receives the money |
|---|---|---|
| Fresh issue | Up to ₹500 crore | Fusion CX, after issue expenses |
| Offer for sale | ₹202 crore | Selling shareholders |
| Total issue | ₹702 crore | Combined fresh issue and OFS |
How Fusion CX plans to use the fresh-issue proceeds
The stated objectives include repayment or prepayment of borrowings and investment in its step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited. Those investments are intended to upgrade the Arya and MindVoice tools. The OFS portion does not provide new capital to the operating company because it represents shares sold by existing shareholders.

Operating scale disclosed ahead of the IPO
Business Standard, citing Press Trust of India, reported that Fusion CX had 13,735 employees across 13 countries and 40 delivery centres as of 30 June 2026. The same report said the company served 208 customers and supported 28 languages at that date.

These figures indicate a geographically distributed delivery model, but they do not by themselves show how revenue or profit is divided among customers, countries, verticals or subsidiaries. Investors should use the DRHP for that concentration and financial detail.
Book-running managers and registrar
The draft red herring prospectus names Nuvama Wealth Management, IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors as the book-running lead managers. KFin Technologies is named as the registrar to the issue.

The available schedule and reservation data establish the proposed anchor allocation, but they do not provide a definitive final list of anchor-allotment names. Anchor participation is normally confirmed through the allotment announcement or exchange filing after bidding, so investors should check those documents rather than assume that pre-IPO buyers are anchor investors.

The Economic Times reported that Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agrawal-backed Sanshi Fund together acquired a 3.19% stake worth ₹120 crore through secondary transactions at ₹289 per share before the IPO.
That was a pre-IPO secondary purchase: the money went to selling shareholders. It is separate from the proposed anchor reservation in the public issue, where the allocation is made shortly before the issue opens.
What investors should verify before applying
- Read the final price and allotment notices. The ₹315 crore figure is rounded from the reported share reservation and the ₹289 cap price; confirm the exact anchor proceeds after allotment.
- Separate company funding from shareholder selling. Only the fresh-issue portion can be used for borrowings and subsidiary investment; OFS proceeds go to selling shareholders.
- Check the DRHP’s valuation data. The material available for this announcement states the price band and issue size but does not establish a definitive market-cap or valuation figure. Calculate valuation only from the final share-count and capital-structure disclosures.
- Assess concentration and execution risk. Review customer, geography, language, vertical and subsidiary concentrations, as well as debt repayment and the planned Arya and MindVoice upgrades.
- Track time-sensitive updates. Anchor names, subscription levels, grey-market indications and the eventual listing price can change quickly and should be taken only from dated exchange or company disclosures.
Bottom line
Fusion CX’s IPO is scheduled for 14–16 October 2026 at ₹275–₹289 a share. Its proposed anchor reservation represents 45% of the offer, and the reported share count implies roughly ₹315.9 crore at the upper band. That is an expected allocation estimate ahead of bidding, not yet proof of a completed ₹315 crore fund-raise.
