You can still start an order from your Google Photos library, but Fujifilm handles checkout and customer support for newer orders. This is a change to the print store—not a takeover of Google Photos itself.
What changed in Google Photos’ Print Store?
Fujifilm North America announced Fujifilm for Google Photos Print Store on August 31, 2026. The company took a leading operational and customer-support role in the co-branded storefront, including managing the store, customer service, customer lifecycle marketing and an expanded product catalog. The US rollout began at the end of August 2026.

Google Photos remains the place to select photos and begin an order. Google’s current help page says newer print orders are processed by Fujifilm. The change does not transfer ownership or operation of the Google Photos app to Fujifilm.
Can you still order prints from Google Photos?
Yes. In Google Photos, choose a print product or suggestion and follow the prompts to connect to Fujifilm’s printing service. The current product range listed by Google includes:
#1 Best Overall
- Premium Quality: Our advanced printing process delivers sharp, crystal-clear images with deep tones and vibrant contrast.
- Durable and Long-Lasting: Prints are made with high quality photo paper for longevity and fade resistance.
- Available in Multiple Sizes: Choose from a variety of standard photo print options to fit your needs.
- Made in the USA: All of our custom photo prints are proudly printed in Michigan.
- Individual photo prints in various sizes
- Custom photo books
- Canvas prints and other wall art
- Personalized photo gifts
Fujifilm says the integrated storefront will continue to use Google Photos’ intelligence to surface relevant photos and personalized print opportunities.
Who handles payment, shipping, and order support?
For orders placed through Fujifilm’s store, you enter payment information during Fujifilm checkout. Google says it does not store card details for these purchases. Fujifilm handles questions about shipping, order status, print quality and refunds for its new orders.
Rank #2
Older purchases may have been handled by the previous Google Photos Print Store. Check your order history and look at who charged you or sent the confirmation before contacting support; the responsible provider may differ by order.
What happens to a Google Photos photo-book draft?
A Google Photos Community announcement dated September 30, 2026 says in-progress photo-book drafts can be found under suggestions in the print store and redirected to the new store. You can recreate the book there using the same photo selection; the post describes recreating the draft, not carrying over a finished book project unchanged.

- Brilliant Color Photos to Share with Family and Friends
- Great Prints from Digital Cameras
- High Gloss Photo-Quality Paper
- Works with All Inkjet Printers
- Resealable Package
What happens to your photos and account data?
Google says it shares only the photos you select for printing and your account email address with Fujifilm to facilitate the order. Fujifilm uses that information under its own privacy notice, as described on Google’s help page.
Take care before disconnecting the Fujifilm print-store account: Google says disconnection closes the account, deletes stored photos and data, and removes access to drafts and past or in-progress prints.
Rank #4

Is the Fujifilm store available outside the US?
The confirmed transition described in the available announcements is the US rollout. The September 30 Google Photos Community post said Canada and Europe would follow “in the coming weeks,” but Google’s help page does not confirm that those launches have since been completed. Availability in those regions should therefore be checked in Google Photos rather than assumed.
