Frore Systems says its LiquidJet Diamond coldplate can deliver up to 35% more AI tokens per watt and reduce GPU hotspot die temperature by an additional 10°C. The enterprise GPU cooling product combines Frore’s LiquidJet coldplate with an integrated diamond spreader positioned above GPU hotspots. These are company claims, not independently verified results or a guarantee of higher revenue.
What LiquidJet Diamond is
LiquidJet Diamond is a direct-to-chip liquid-cooling coldplate designed for enterprise AI GPUs, not a consumer PC cooling accessory. It builds on Frore Systems’ LiquidJet architecture, which the company describes as a 3D, ultra-short-loop, multi-stage coldplate customized to a GPU’s power map. The diamond is integrated into a spreader on the bottom of the coldplate, above the GPU’s hotspots; Frore does not describe the product as diamonds dispersed throughout the coolant.

Frore’s product page lists a configuration for NVIDIA GB300 measuring 104.6 mm long, 62 mm wide, and 20.4 mm high, with copper and diamond listed as materials. Those dimensions apply to that stated configuration, not every LiquidJet Diamond design. See Frore’s LiquidJet Diamond product page.
What Frore’s 10°C and 35% figures mean
In its Oct. 8, 2026 announcement, Frore says the base LiquidJet coldplate reduces GPU die temperature by 12°C and improves tokens per watt by 25% compared with traditional skived coldplates. The company says adding the diamond spreader lowers hotspot die temperature by an additional 10°C and brings the total tokens-per-watt improvement to 35%. The 10°C is an additional hotspot die-temperature reduction, not a claim that every GPU’s overall temperature will be 10°C lower.

Frore’s product page uses a different comparison and presents ranges: 16–22°C cooler GPU temperatures and 30–35% more AI tokens per watt versus multi-inlet skived coldplates. The announcement and product page do not provide enough detail to reconcile those descriptions into one universal result, so the figures should be read as Frore’s separate vendor claims rather than interchangeable guarantees. Tokens per watt is an efficiency measure: how much AI output a system produces for a given amount of power under a defined workload and measurement method. It is not itself revenue. Whether improved efficiency increases profitability depends on factors such as workload, utilization, electricity and infrastructure costs, and how a data center uses any additional capacity. Frore’s technical comparison does not establish a 35% revenue increase.

How to interpret the 770 W/cm² hotspot rating
Frore lists a maximum hotspot rating of up to 770 W/cm². The company specifies that figure for a 5 mm × 5 mm hotspot, a 25°C inlet temperature, 95°C Tjmax, PTM7950 thermal interface material, and an unlidded package. It is a company-published specification under those conditions, not an independently verified measurement or a rating that can be assumed for other packages and operating conditions.

The product page also claims more than 150% higher maximum hotspot power density and 75% higher heat-transfer efficiency than multi-inlet skived coldplates. Those, too, are vendor comparisons; the page does not establish that they apply across GPUs, workloads, or cooling setups.

What is known about demonstrations and deployment
Frore announced plans to demonstrate LiquidJet Diamond at the OCP Global Summit in San Jose, scheduled for Oct. 12–16, 2026, including a setup cooling a 2,300 W NVIDIA Rubin system. As of Oct. 9, 2026, those event dates were still in the future. The announcement establishes the planned demonstration, not that it subsequently occurred, that the system passed independent testing, or that LiquidJet Diamond is deployed in production.
The company’s product page and announcement describe the design and its claimed performance, but they do not provide an independent benchmark or a detailed, reproducible test report. Buyers evaluating it should seek results under comparable conditions for their own target GPU and package, including the baseline coldplate, workload, inlet temperature, thermal interface material, and measurement method. Manufacturing scale, compatibility, and deployment evidence are also relevant procurement questions.
