Forza Horizon 6 launched on May 19, 2026, so you can no longer preorder it. The preorder Ferrari J50 bonus and Premium Edition’s four-day early access have ended. If you’re deciding what to get now, start with your platform and Game Pass access, then choose between the base game and its add-on bundles.

Should you buy the game or use Game Pass?
According to the launch information from Playground Games, Standard Edition access is included at no additional cost for eligible Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on Xbox Series X|S and PC, and for PC Game Pass subscribers on PC. If you already have an eligible subscription, compare its access with buying the game outright before choosing an edition.

| Option | What it includes | How to choose |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Edition | Full game. | Choose it if you want the base game without the listed Deluxe or Premium add-ons. |

Which option fits your situation?
- You want only the game: Choose Standard, or use eligible Game Pass access if that makes more sense for you.
- You want the Welcome Pack and Car Pass: Compare Deluxe with Standard at your local storefront.
- You want all listed add-ons: Compare Premium with buying the base game and add-ons separately, using the prices currently shown in your storefront.
- You already own the game or have eligible Game Pass access: Consider Premium Upgrade, not Premium Edition, if you want the Premium bundle content. The Upgrade does not include the base game.
What happened to the preorder bonus and early access?
Before launch, Playground Games said that preordering any edition would award a pre-tuned Ferrari J50, redeemable from the in-game Autoshow after release. That offer was limited to purchases before the May 19, 2026 launch and has ended. Premium early access began May 15, four days before launch, so it is also a past benefit—not a reason to pay extra now. Preorder terms and dates
