For the #DeliciousDango Photo Challenge in Forza Horizon 6, photograph your character outside the car at the Dango display inside Horizon Stadium in Shimanoyama. The “Tokyo City” label refers to the themed display in the stadium—not a landmark in the open-world Tokyo City area. The official reward is the Dango Outfit.
Where to find the Tokyo City Dango area
Go to Horizon Stadium in Shimanoyama and enter through the south gate. The target is a decorated Dango mascot display beside pink Tokyo City signs inside the stadium. The official playlist calls it the Mascot Party’s Dango area; the route details below come from independent guides.

- Use the map to locate Horizon Stadium in Shimanoyama. The Edamame Time Attack or Horizon Mascot Party marker can help you orient yourself.
- Enter through the stadium’s south entrance and drive toward the Edamame Time Attack start.
- Before reaching the starting line, turn left onto the unmarked road or pit-lane area.
- Stop beside the Dango mascot cutouts. Look for the pink Tokyo City signs and the cluster of three-round Dango-on-a-stick mascot displays, not just the signs by themselves.
This route is described by Traxion.GG and Nerd’s Chalk.
How to take a qualifying photo
The official objective is: “Take a photo of your character in the Mascot Party’s Dango area.” The guides explain that the character needs to be outside the vehicle, rather than sitting in the Driver Seat.

- In Photo Mode, enable or place your character outside the car. Select a character position other than “Driver Seat.”
- Frame the character and the Dango mascot display together, then take the photo.
Nerd’s Chalk says any car can be used, but that detail is guide-reported rather than an express requirement in the official playlist entry.
Reward and seasonal availability
The official Festival Playlist lists the Dango Outfit as the #DeliciousDango reward. An official Forza Horizon 6 announcement on Steam also says completing the challenge unlocks the outfit. Nerd’s Chalk reports that the challenge awards two Season Points; the official playlist entry reviewed confirms the outfit but does not establish a points figure.

The challenge appears in the Autumn playlist for Horizon Mascot Party Series 4. Playlist events are seasonal, so check the live in-game playlist to confirm whether #DeliciousDango is currently available before setting out. Do not count on a Wheelspin: although Nerd’s Chalk notes some completion screens may show one, it identifies the outfit and points as the designed reward.

- You went to the wrong place: Tokyo City is also an open-world area. The target for this challenge is the Dango display inside Horizon Stadium in Shimanoyama.
- You photographed the signs but not the display: Move closer to the Dango mascot cluster and include it clearly in the frame.
- Your character is still in the car: Return to Photo Mode and change the character position from Driver Seat to an outside position.
These are the main location and setup issues identified in Nerd’s Chalk’s challenge guide.
