The release is expected to include two outfits, multiple accessories, emotes, Kicks and three Jam Tracks. Epic had not confirmed the individual cosmetic names or a bundle price in the available announcements, so the live Item Shop listing remains the authority at launch.
When does the Yeat Fortnite skin release?
The reported launch window is 8 p.m. Eastern Time on October 15, 2026, at the same time as Fortnite update v42.40. Because the Item Shop refresh occurs at a single global moment, players in parts of Europe, Asia and Oceania will see the release on October 16 by their local calendar.

This is being reported as an Icon Series Item Shop release. It has not been confirmed as a Fortnite Festival headliner announcement. The practical way to verify availability is to open the Item Shop after the refresh and look for the Yeat section.

Contemporaneous reports describe a package substantially larger than one outfit. The reported contents are:
#1 Best Overall
- Redeemable on accounts in the United States and in U.S. Dollars.
- Gift card must be redeemed at EpicGames.com/redeem. This gift card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly on a console device (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)

- Redemption: Online
- Two Yeat outfits
- Two back blings
- One pickaxe
- Two emotes
- One microphone accessory
- One wrap

The reports do not establish whether every item will be sold only in a single bundle, whether some cosmetics will have separate listings, or whether any outfit includes alternate or reactive styles. Those details should be read from the item cards when v42.40 is live.

| Track | Reported status |
|---|---|
| If We Being Real | Included in the reported collaboration lineup |
| Money so big | Included in the reported collaboration lineup |

Song capitalization follows the reported listings. The reports identify these three tracks but do not establish their individual prices or whether they can be purchased separately from the cosmetics.

How much will the Yeat bundle cost?
Epic had not announced a final V-Bucks price for the bundle or for individual items in the material available before release. A frequently repeated estimate of 2,600 to 3,000 V-Bucks is speculation, not an official price, and should not be treated as a purchase quote.

- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.

How to find the collaboration in Fortnite
- Update Fortnite to version v42.40 when it becomes available for your platform.
- Launch the game after the October 15 Item Shop refresh.
- Open the Item Shop tab from the main lobby.
- Scroll through the featured or Icon Series sections and open each Yeat item card to inspect styles, included items and prices.
- Confirm the bundle contents and V-Bucks total before selecting Purchase.
Epic’s Item Shop guidance says listings rotate and that Epic cannot grant an offer that is not currently in the shop. A missed listing therefore cannot be restored manually through support, and a future return date is not guaranteed.
How the release fits into Fortnitemares 2026
The Yeat launch is scheduled during Fortnitemares 2026. Epic’s official event announcement describes October content across Battle Royale, Horde Rush and Reload, including the return of the Horde Rush limited-time mode. It also says that an updated Nitemare Island arrives in Reload on October 8 alongside the Stranger Things and Squid Grounds maps.

That seasonal timing explains why the collaboration may appear alongside other October shop activity, but it does not change the reported Yeat release time. The collab remains an Item Shop drop rather than a confirmed Festival concert or headliner event.

What to compare with other Icon Series drops
If you are deciding whether to buy, compare the complete V-Bucks total rather than the outfit alone. The useful checks are the number of cosmetics, whether Jam Tracks are bundled or sold separately, the presence of alternate or reactive styles, and the uncertainty around a future Item Shop return. A larger item count does not automatically mean better value if several pieces are not useful to you or if tracks are offered separately.

Bottom line for players waiting for Yeat
Plan for an Item Shop refresh at 8 p.m. ET on October 15, 2026, update to v42.40, and verify the listing in-game. The collaboration is expected to include two outfits and a broad set of accessories, emotes, Kicks and three named Jam Tracks. Do not rely on a rumored V-Bucks range or assume a later return: Epic had not confirmed pricing, final names or return timing before launch.
