Wie Fortnite-Fortschritt über Konsolen hinweg funktioniert
Fortschritt und Käufe sind dem Epic-Konto zugeordnet. Sind dein PlayStation-, Nintendo- und Xbox-Konto mit demselben Epic-Konto verbunden, kannst du auf den verknüpften Geräten auf diesen Fortnite-Fortschritt zugreifen. Epic empfiehlt, dich in die infrage kommenden Epic-Konten einzuloggen und zu prüfen, welches den Fortschritt enthält, den du künftig verwenden möchtest. So wechselst du die verknüpfte Konsole
- Prüfe zuerst den Fortschritt. Bestimme, welches Epic-Konto du behalten möchtest, und kontrolliere, welches Konsolenkonto damit verbunden ist.
- Melde dich bei Epic mit der Konsolenanmeldung an. Nutze die Anmeldung der betroffenen PlayStation-, Nintendo- oder Xbox-Konsole, um die aktuelle Zuordnung zu prüfen.
- Öffne die Kontoeinstellungen. Wähle auf der Epic-Website „Linked accounts“ und entferne dort die bestehende Verknüpfung, falls du sie wirklich ändern musst.
- Prüfe eine mögliche Verknüpfungsbeschränkung. Wenn du ein anderes Konsolenkonto desselben Typs verbinden möchtest, musst du gegebenenfalls die Beschränkung für die Verknüpfung entfernen. Epic gibt an, dass dies nur einmal in 365 Tagen möglich ist. Epic: Verknüpfungsbeschränkung entfernen

Was beim Entknüpfen verloren geht – und was nicht
Nach dem Entknüpfen kann die Konsole nicht mehr auf den Fortschritt und die Käufe des bisherigen Epic-Kontos zugreifen. Die Daten bleiben jedoch im Epic-Konto erhalten. Nein. Epic erklärt: „There is no way to merge two Epic Games accounts.“ Gegenstände, Kosmetika, V-Bucks und andere Daten werden nicht zwischen Epic-Konten übertragen. Wenn dein Fortschritt auf mehreren Epic-Konten verteilt ist, musst du auswählen, welches Konto du künftig auf den verknüpften Konsolen verwenden möchtest.
