Why is Forte Minerals stock down?
The October-decline premise remains unverified. The available sources do not provide a dependable October 2026 price series or trading-volume data, and none ties a verified share-price move to a company announcement. Without the exchange, date range, closing prices and volume, it would be misleading to state that the stock fell, give a percentage, or explain a cause.

Forte Minerals trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under CUAU; the company also lists Frankfurt symbol 2OA and U.S. symbol FOMNF. Any performance check should name the venue and currency and use the same explicitly defined dates for price and volume. What is Forte Minerals doing at its Peru projects?
Forte Minerals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on copper and gold assets in Peru, according to its Canadian Securities Exchange company profile. The profile describes a strategic partnership with GlobeTrotters Resources Perú S.A.C. that provides access to a project pipeline and historically identified drill-ready targets. That is the profile’s characterization, not an independent verification of target quality or readiness.

Alto Ruri and Esperanza
In a May 4, 2026 announcement about beginning OTCQX trading under FOMNF after graduating from OTCQB, Forte identified Alto Ruri and the Esperanza Copper-Moly Project as part of its 2026 exploration goals. What the release timeline can—and cannot—show
The company’s 2026 news index lists a March 27 update on Alto Ruri and Pucarini, a June 29 capital-structure announcement, and a September 23 stock-option grant as its latest listed release. The index gives titles and dates, not enough operational detail to determine whether field work continued, whether permits or timelines changed, or whether planned exploration was completed. A quiet release schedule is not evidence that work stopped.

What do the financing disclosures establish?
Forte reported gross proceeds of C$1,473,054 from the exercise of 4,910,180 warrants at C$0.30 per share on June 29, 2026. This is a dated company financing disclosure; it does not establish current cash available or how much is allocated to a particular project. See the June 29 announcement.

- Project execution: Compare dated company updates with the Alto Ruri and Esperanza goals. Look for disclosed field work, drilling, permitting, timelines or results; do not treat a stated goal as a completed milestone.
- Funding context: Use financial statements and MD&A for the relevant reporting period to assess cash, spending and commitments. Do not treat June figures or warrant proceeds as proof of October funding adequacy.
Until those sources establish both a market move and a project milestone record, the evidence supports neither a confirmed October decline nor a conclusion that exploration momentum has stalled.
