Choose FORM Smart Swim 2 LT if you want selected metrics such as time, distance, and pace in your line of sight while swimming. Choose Speedo iQ Vanquisher 3.0 Track if you prefer a screen-free swim and want to review stroke and technique data afterward in an app. Speedo iQ records in the background; it does not display data in the water.
Which smart swim goggles show pace while you swim?
FORM Smart Swim 2 LT does. Its in-goggle display can show time, distance, and pace, and swimmers can configure the metrics they want to see. FORM also lists stroke detection and post-swim review through its app. The US product page listed the LT at $149 when checked in 2026; prices can change. FORM Smart Swim 2 LT product details

Speedo iQ Vanquisher 3.0 Track takes a different approach: its removable module tracks the swim without an in-water display, then sends data to the Speedo iQ app for review. The US listing showed $189 when checked in 2026, also subject to change. These are manufacturer-listed US prices, not comparative test results. Speedo iQ Vanquisher 3.0 Track listing

What does each pair track?
FORM: configurable live metrics and swim summaries
FORM lists stroke detection, configurable metrics, and post-swim app review. It also describes sharing with Apple Health, Strava, and other services. For open-water swimming, FORM says optional GPS distance and pace are available when paired with an Apple Watch or Garmin. Its built-in SwimStraight feature is a digital compass intended to help with direction.

How do the battery, heart-rate, and race details compare?
- Battery: FORM lists up to 14 hours between charges for Smart Swim 2 LT. That is a manufacturer figure, not an independent measurement. The Speedo product pages reviewed do not publish a battery-life figure. FORM battery-life information
- Heart rate: FORM says Smart Swim 2 LT does not include heart-rate monitoring; the higher Smart Swim 2 model has integrated heart rate. The reviewed Speedo description does not identify heart-rate tracking. FORM model comparison
- Race approval: Speedo says iQ Track is World Aquatics approved. FORM’s reviewed page describes its goggles and features as race approved but does not name an approving organization there. The claims therefore do not establish approval by the same body. Speedo iQ overview · FORM Smart Swim 2 LT product details
- Returns and warranty: FORM’s US product page lists 30-day returns and a two-year warranty. Return and shipping terms vary by country, so check the terms for your market before ordering.
Which should you choose: live swim metrics or post-swim analysis?
- Choose FORM Smart Swim 2 LT if seeing pace, time, or distance in the water is the main reason you want smart goggles, or if configurable live metrics and post-swim app review suit your routine.
- Choose Speedo iQ Vanquisher 3.0 Track if you want to swim without a display and focus on reviewing stroke and technique details afterward.
- Compare fit in person if possible. Comfort depends on the swimmer, and the reviewed product information does not establish a tested comfort winner.
The products are aimed at different feedback preferences, so the lower listed price alone does not determine which is the better fit. Speedo’s overview lists UK variants at £149; prices and availability vary by region. Speedo iQ overview and regional listings
