Flai announced a $27 million Series A led by Base10 Partners on October 6, 2026. The company makes AI software for car dealerships, with a product that has expanded from handling customer communications by phone, text and email to automating sales and service workflows. Flai says it plans to use the funding to invest in product and engineering, deepen integrations and expand the tasks its software can handle.

In its October 2025 seed announcement, Flai described a communications product for inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails. Flai said the October 6, 2026 round was led by Base10 Partners and included Toyota Ventures, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, The Friedkin Group and Findlay Automotive Group. How does Flai integrate with Tekion?

What figures has Flai reported?
In its 2026 funding announcement, Flai reported more than 20x growth over the prior year, use by hundreds of dealerships, a presence at more than 20% of the top 50 dealer groups, and more than 50,000 appointments scheduled each month. Whether it performs those tasks reliably across dealerships, or produces the outcomes implied by the reported figures, cannot be determined from the announcements alone.
