That is a dated deal report, not a confirmation of today’s price or availability.
Why the Inspire 3 may suit sleep tracking better
The clearest difference is the display. Inspire 3 has a visible screen; Air does not. For a wearer who wants to check the time or glance at health information without opening the app, that distinction can matter more than the newer model’s screen-free design.

In her 6 October 2026 Tom’s Guide article, Nicola Appleton said she preferred the Inspire 3’s watch face and described it as low-profile and comfortable to wear in bed. She also preferred reviewing sleep stages, sleep latency, awakenings and a nightly Sleep Score in the app. Those are her personal preferences and experience, not evidence that the Inspire 3 is more comfortable or tracks sleep more accurately for everyone. What the £59.99 offer did—and did not—mean
Tom’s Guide reported the Inspire 3 at £59.99 on Amazon UK, compared with £84.99, calling it a 29% reduction and saying the offer included six months of Fitbit Premium. The same article cited £49.99 during an earlier April flash sale. These are publisher-reported prices, not independently audited price history. Check the UK listing for the current price, stock, seller, deal dates and trial eligibility before buying.
Fitbit’s product sheet lists a six-month Premium offer, but activation and eligibility conditions apply. Premium features and content may change and may not be available in every region. Treat the trial as a conditional offer, not a guaranteed part of every purchase.

Will a tracker fix a disrupted sleep schedule?
Appleton’s “fixed my broken sleep schedule” framing describes her individual experience. A tracker can record patterns and offer information to review; the cited sources do not establish that Inspire 3—or a wearable generally—will fix another person’s sleep schedule. Fitbit says Inspire 3 and its metrics are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Use the data as wellness information, not a clinical assessment.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose Inspire 3 if you want a display for quick checks, the listed Sleep Score and sleep tracking, and—if the reported deal is still available—a lower purchase price.
- Consider Air if a screen-free design is your priority and you are comfortable with its stated up-to-seven-day battery life.
- Compare comfort in person where possible: the positive bed-wearing account here belongs to one reviewer and cannot establish fit for every wrist or sleeper.
