The four Enhanced Arbiter pieces are the final reward for the multi-step quest “A Bulwark Against Darkness.” PC Gamer’s walkthrough says the quest begins after a courier delivers a list of armor components following the St. Mihai silver-sword reforge. The components and reported routes are:

- Saint’s Tibia: Find it on a corpse below a ladder in St. Tyna’s Convent during Anca’s “Echoes of Silenced Bells.”
- Silk Threads: Buy them from a Sanzhani trader after progressing the related questline. PC Gamer reports a cost of around 6,000 denari; a related quest may provide silk without a purchase.
- Flask of Quiksilver: Find it at the top of Aurelius’s Tower.
- Large Lizard’s Moult: Find it in a cave in Briar Sloughs.
Deliver all four components to the Uriash Hermit blacksmith in northwest Briar Sloughs, then complete the final ritual to finish the quest and receive the set. See PC Gamer’s “A Bulwark Against Darkness” walkthrough for its route details.
How to read the armor stats
The table reports level-50 toughness as listed by GamingBolt. A separate gear reference uses base armor values and notes that item level and upgrades affect the numbers shown in-game. Those are different measures, so do not compare them as if they were equivalent. The reference also describes four equipment effects per listed item; inspect the effects, armor type, slot, and your build needs rather than choosing by a single number. Why armor-piece counts differ between guides
The 21-piece count here is the scope of GamingBolt’s Legendary armor list, not a universally agreed total. The Dawnwalker Wiki reference lists 20 armor entries within a 50-item Legendary/Unique gear catalogue. It says its item details are based on Steam build 25129649 and were reviewed September 23, 2026. The references use different scopes or classification conventions, and the available sources do not resolve the difference.

Bandai Namco says the Sangoran Wayfarer’s Armor Set is an in-game preorder bonus that provides early access but can also be obtained later in the game. The publisher does not identify it as part of GamingBolt’s 21-piece list, so treat it as a separate unlock rather than adding it to this checklist. See the publisher’s edition guide.
