Use Samsung’s U.S. service locator to search by city or ZIP code, then select the product category you need serviced. Check the matching listing for hours, contact details, device coverage and appointment requirements before traveling; the nearest result may not handle every Samsung product or repair.
How to find a nearby Samsung service center
- Open Samsung’s U.S. service locator.
- Search by city or ZIP code and select the relevant product category. Samsung’s locator includes phones, TVs, tablets, home appliances, hearables and wearables.
- Open a matching center listing and confirm its current hours, contact method, supported devices and whether you need an appointment. Samsung says customers can drop by or call for an appointment, but a listing is not a guarantee of walk-in acceptance.
- If the result does not suit your device or repair, use the locator’s repair-scheduling path or, for eligible mobile devices, consider the alternatives below.
Listings, phone numbers, hours and appointment availability depend on your location and Samsung’s live inventory. The locator does not establish which center is nearest or suitable until you search with your own location and product.

Which repair option should you choose?
Samsung describes several mobile-repair routes, but availability depends on device eligibility, address, repair type, appointment capacity and parts. Confirm the current terms in Samsung’s booking flow; a route shown on the general page may not be offered for your specific situation.

What to have ready before requesting service
- Product model and serial number; for a phone, have its IMEI available if possible.
- Your location and a brief description of the problem, so you can check nearby coverage and the relevant service route.
- A Samsung Account if you want to manage repair requests. Samsung says signing in or creating an account is the best way to manage them.
To check an existing repair, Samsung’s repair page asks for the service request number and phone number. Start or manage requests through Samsung’s U.S. repair page.
How much does Samsung repair cost?
There is no single price for “Samsung repair.” Samsung says cost depends on diagnosis, warranty status and repair type. Some phone screen replacements have set prices at Samsung Repair locations, but the amount is device-specific; use Samsung’s estimate or request flow for your model and repair. Samsung notes that transparent out-of-warranty pricing on Samsung.com/support applies to home appliances, not mobile devices.

- Samsung describes a 70-point diagnostic test and says repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty or for the remainder of the device warranty. Check which repair and service route those terms cover.
- Samsung says 75% of Americans have access to one of its participating locations. Its page defines the comparison around population within a 30-minute drive of walk-in or home-van service, subject to stated conditions; this does not establish access for a specific address.
- Samsung calls its network “#1 Service Center Network Coverage in the US for mobile devices,” based on its stated comparison among leading smartphone manufacturers and specified in-warranty and population-distance qualifications. This is Samsung’s ranking claim, not an independent ranking.
Samsung also says some walk-in repairs may be completed within two hours or on the same day, depending on the device, repair, appointment timing, capacity and parts. Treat that as a possibility to confirm, not a promised turnaround.

If you already know you need a replacement part, that is a different task from finding a service center. Samsung’s FAQ identifies Samsung Parts as an authorized parts and accessories distributor. For a repair you do not plan to perform yourself, use the locator or repair request instead.
