The figures are vendor-reported historical observations and should not be silently reconciled into a single supposedly definitive value. Quote timing and methodology matter as well: a regular-session close is different from after-hours trading. Check the provider’s timestamp and whether it labels the figure as real-time, delayed, closing, or after-hours data.
How to read RACE price history

- Volume: Shares traded for the listed exchange and date. Compare volume only when the listing and provider are consistent.
- Window and timestamp: Select the same start and end dates and confirm whether the endpoint includes the latest completed session.
These distinctions help explain why history pages can show different figures. StockAnalysis and MarketBeat did not report the same close for October 2, and the surfaced data also differed on volume. The provider, exchange, currency, selected price field, and date range should remain visible when quoting or comparing historical data. Targets and operating conditions
In that same release, Ferrari said it had reached and exceeded its 2025 financial targets and had achieved its 2026 targets outlined at the 2022 Capital Markets Day one year early. The company also cited geopolitical and macroeconomic conditions, including incremental tariffs on EU cars imported into the United States and currency swings. These statements provide company context; they do not establish that any one factor caused a movement in RACE shares.

A September 7, 2026 SEC-filed report described a €250 million third tranche within Ferrari’s approximately €3.5 billion multi-year buyback program, expected to run through 2030. The filing reports repurchases on Euronext Milan and the NYSE. For transaction-level details, consult the SEC-filed buyback report and Ferrari’s share buyback program information. The program announcement alone does not show what caused a particular price change.
