Aynı görüntü yazılım, işletim sistemi, OPS, depolama, güç beslemesi ya da panel yolundan kaynaklanabilir. Uzaktan tek bir kök neden söylemek mümkün değildir. Doğru ilk adım belirtiyi ayrıntılı kaydetmek ve resmi bakım-onarım yoluyla arıza kaydı açmaktır. Eylül 2026’da duyurulan sözleşme, Faz 1 ve Faz 2 Vestel tahtalarını da kapsayan 36 aylık bir bakım-onarım hizmetini içeriyor ve arıza kayıtları FATİH PYS üzerinden açılıyor.
Önce cihazı doğrulayın: faz, üretici ve envanter
Resmi MEB dokümanlarında bu cihazlar “etkileşimli tahta” olarak geçer; “akıllı tahta” okurların kullandığı yaygın bir ifadedir. Faz ve üretici bilgisi, okul envanterinden ya da cihazın etiketinden doğrulanmalıdır. Faz 1 ve Faz 2 için geçerli bilgiler, Faz 3 Arçelik cihazlara aynen uygulanmaz.

Bellek uyarısı bir teşhis değildir

MEB arıza kayıt sınıfları, benzer görünen sorunları birbirinden ayırır. Kayıt formunda gözlediğiniz belirtiye en yakın sınıfı seçin; tahmin yürüterek başka bir başlık seçmeyin.

Belirtiye göre güvenli ön değerlendirme
Yavaşlık veya bellek uyarısı, görüntü mevcut
Uyarının tam metnini, işletim sistemini ve uyarının hangi durumda çıktığını kaydedin. Uygulama ya da işletim sistemi kaynaklı bir sorunla OPS ya da depolama arızasını ayırmak teknik inceleme gerektirir.
Ses var, görüntü yok
Yukarıdaki sınıfı kullanın. Panel aydınlatması ve görüntü yolu teknik personel tarafından incelenebilir. Yalnızca ses duyulması belirli bir kartın arızalı olduğunu göstermez.

Aralıklı kararma, titreme veya yarım görüntü
Belirtinin ne zaman başladığını, hangi kaynakla ve hangi işletim sistemiyle oluştuğunu not edin. Bülteninde yer alan ekran kartı, converter ve flex kablo başlıkları servis incelemesine yardımcı olabilir.
Tahta hiç açılmıyor veya kendiliğinden kapanıyor
Elektrik beslemesi ile OPS ya da işletim sistemi sorununu ayrı kaydedin. Aynı odada ya da başka cihazlarda güç sorunu olup olmadığını kontrol edin.
Birden fazla belirti veya ortak altyapı şüphesi
Aynı anda birden fazla sınıf görülüyorsa ya da sorun birden çok tahtada tekrarlanıyorsa, bina elektriği ve ağ gibi ortak altyapıyı okul teknik sorumlusuyla birlikte değerlendirin. Altyapı arızasını tahta arızası olarak kaydetmeyin.

Kayıt türünü tahmin etmek yerine gözlenen belirtiye en yakın başlığı seçin. MEB kılavuzu uygun arıza başlığının seçilmesini özellikle vurgular.

MEB’in 2026 tarihli genel bilgilendirme sayfasına göre, Faz 1 ve Faz 2 cihazlarda garanti süresi sona erenler için merkezi bakım-onarım süreçleri bulunuyor. Teknik süreçler ilgili sistemlerde izleniyor. Aynı sayfa, etkileşimli tahtalarda TÜBİTAK Pardus ETAP sürümlerine geçiş çalışmalarının sürdüğünü belirtiyor.

Resmi kaynaklarda şunlar yer almıyor:

- Uyumlu yedek parça kodları ve donanım revizyonları
- Ekran kararması ya da bellek sorunu için arıza oranı
- Tek bir en sık görülen arıza nedeni
