Its FAQ lists monthly plans from $25 to $3,000, but the subscription price alone does not show what a business will pay: SMS and MMS use credits, and the current plan-by-plan allowances are not clearly established in the available pricing information. Confirm the credit limits, overage rates and all fees at checkout before choosing a plan.
What EZ Texting does
EZ Texting brings business texting tools into a hosted web and mobile service. Its feature list includes bulk campaigns, scheduled sends, a shared inbox for two-way messaging, opt-in keywords and sign-up forms, segmentation, automated workflows, payment links, AI-assisted composition and replies, and multilingual texting. The platform also lists SMS, MMS and RCS support.

Named integrations include HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, Constant Contact and Squarespace. The feature information does not map every capability to a specific plan, so confirm both plan access and the behavior of any integration you depend on.
EZ Texting says it was founded in 2004 and reports serving more than 230,000 businesses and delivering over 8 billion messages. Those are company-reported figures, not independent evidence of customer satisfaction, delivery performance or return on investment. EZ Texting’s company information

How much does EZ Texting cost?
The company FAQ lists these monthly prices. It also says annual billing reduces the price, but the exact annual rates and included credit counts are not stated in the available information.
| Plan | Listed monthly price | Included credits |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | $25 | Not stated in the FAQ |
| Boost | $75 | Not stated in the FAQ |
| Scale | $125 | Not stated in the FAQ |
| Enterprise | $3,000 | Not stated in the FAQ |
The FAQ describes overage pricing as decreasing from $0.04 to $0.01 per credit as plans increase, without establishing a current rate for each tier. A pricing-page result separately lists a $5 monthly telecom fee for Launch and says that fee is waived on Boost, Scale and Enterprise. Because the pricing information also contains conflicting or legacy promotional text, treat those figures as items to verify, not a guaranteed current checkout total. Check the live EZ Texting pricing page and confirm the final fees and allowances before subscribing.

How credits affect your actual bill
EZ Texting’s FAQ defines a credit as the sending unit: one SMS to one contact uses one credit, while one MMS uses three. A campaign sent to 1,000 contacts therefore consumes 1,000 credits if it is one SMS per recipient, not one credit for the campaign. Incoming messages are described as free.
- Plan-included credits reset each billing period. Unused monthly credits can roll into the next billing period for one additional month.
- Separately purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- A credit is consumed when a message is handed to the carrier gateway, even if delivery later fails.
- Long SMS messages can use multiple segments, so character count and encoding may affect consumption. The FAQ says standard SMS can be 160 characters and that Unicode characters, including emoji, reduce the segment limit to 70 characters; actual segmentation depends on encoding and carrier behavior.
Estimate your monthly recipient count and send frequency, then account for the share of messages sent as MMS and any long or Unicode texts. Compare that usage with the current included credits, rollover rules, overage price, number charges, telecom fees and any registration or carrier costs. The FAQ’s explanation of credits, billing and message length is useful for planning, but verify the current plan terms directly.

Is EZ Texting a good fit?
The feature set may suit a small business that wants bulk texts and two-way replies in one hosted tool, with options such as keywords, scheduled campaigns and no-code integrations. The important buying question is whether the exact plan includes the features and usage capacity your workflow needs.
- Consider it if: you need campaign messaging, replies, opt-in growth or basic automation in one platform.
- Model the costs carefully if: you send to large lists, use MMS frequently, send long messages, or have unpredictable campaign volume. Per-recipient credits and overages can make usage more consequential than the plan’s headline price.
- Verify before committing if: your process depends on a particular CRM integration, workflow, or feature. Confirm its plan availability and the integration behavior with the vendor.
Trial and getting started
The FAQ describes a 14-day trial with full-feature access and no credit card. It says trial users can import contacts, configure a keyword and send real campaigns. Check the signup terms when you enroll, since trial conditions can change. EZ Texting FAQ

Compliance and sending from U.S. numbers
EZ Texting says businesses sending from U.S. +1 10DLC numbers must register and warns that unregistered traffic may be blocked. The platform also describes consent and honoring opt-outs as requirements for lawful text marketing. Its tools do not transfer the sender’s responsibility to collect valid consent, retain records and promptly honor opt-out requests.
