June 13: The Boys Season 4
The Boys returned on June 13, 2024, for an eight-episode fourth season. The dark superhero satire follows a group of vigilantes trying to expose and contain corrupt superpowered celebrities, while the powerful corporation behind those heroes fights to control the public narrative.
The returning ensemble included Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Karen Fukuhara, Jessie T. Usher and Tomer Capone. Eric Kripke remained showrunner. The June 13 date and rollout were reported in the season’s release coverage and Prime Video schedule coverage.

Prime Video did not release all eight episodes together. The first three episodes arrived on June 13, followed by one episode each week. Anyone planning a full-season binge needed to wait for the later installments rather than expecting a complete season on premiere day.
Who should start here?
- Viewers who already know the characters and storylines from Seasons 1–3.
- Fans of violent superhero satire, action and very dark comedy.
- Anyone who prefers a weekly, discussion-driven release instead of an immediate binge.
June 27: My Lady Jane
My Lady Jane debuted on June 27, 2024, as a new Prime Video Original series. It is a revisionist take on Lady Jane Grey’s Tudor-era story, combining historical fantasy, romance, adventure and comedy rather than presenting a strict account of English history.

Some June listings concerned older licensed series rather than new Prime Video premieres. Contemporary coverage reported the following additions:
- The K2: all 16 episodes were reported as arriving June 30.
- Melting Me Softly: a 16-episode Korean series reported as added during June.
- Untold Stories of the ER: catalog programming associated with Prime Video/Freevee-style availability rather than a new Prime Original.
These titles may not be available to every U.S. subscriber at the same time. Licensing, territory and subscription requirements can change, so check the individual title page before planning a watchlist. The catalog additions were listed by Looper’s June coverage.
