The Eufy Omni E35 is a quiet, highly capable robot vacuum and mop. Alun Taylor at Expert Reviews calls it a “highly accomplished package” in a review published on 18 September 2026, but his verdict comes with a caveat that matters for most buyers: the cheaper Eufy Omni E25 offers similar core performance and was the better value at the prices he quoted. The suction figures are manufacturer ratings, and the 30 mm obstacle figure is the stated capability. Expert Reviews did not test these against a standard protocol, so treat them as headline specifications rather than independent measurements.

Cleaning performance on carpet
In Expert Reviews’ lab comparison, all three models tested, the E35, the E25 and the Eufy Omni S2, picked up rice from carpet. The flour test separated them more clearly.

These figures come from one test by Expert Reviews, on the carpet and under the conditions it used. They are not a guarantee for every carpet pile, cleaning mode or home. The E35 was not the top performer in this flour test, since the S2 collected slightly more, but it beat the E25 by a clear margin.
How the mop performs
The E35 uses a roller mop rather than a pad that spins or scrubs. Taylor highlights the roller’s scrapers, which remove mess from the roller while it mops, so the roller is less likely to recirculate dirt across the floor. In his test, the E35 cleaned a ketchup spill, and the roller was clean of sauce when he inspected it afterwards.
Carpet clearance is the main trade-off. The mop lifts 11 mm to avoid carpet. Taylor warns that homes with very deep carpet may be better served by a model with detachable mops, which may be a more practical choice for thick pile.

Obstacles, thresholds and navigation
Taylor reports strong obstacle avoidance in his home. The E35 avoided a sock, a cable and an imitation dog mess, and backed away from a staircase rather than tumbling down it. The review states the robot can officially surmount obstacles up to 30 mm, and Taylor reports it cleaned over bathroom mats and an uneven washable rug.
These are the reviewer’s observations from one home. They are a useful indication of real-world behaviour, but they do not establish performance in your own layout.

Expert Reviews compares this manual area selection with a rival approach in which the robot detects stains automatically. The review does not rank one approach as better in all cases. Manual selection puts you in control of where effort goes, while automatic detection saves setup time but depends on how well the sensors identify the mess.

App, maps and smart-home control
Taylor says setup was quick in his home. The app can store up to five floor maps and show them in 2D or 3D. You can set no-go zones, merge or split rooms, schedule cleaning, change the order rooms are cleaned in, and adjust cleaning intensity.
- Voice control works with Google Home and Alexa.
- Matter 1.4 support is stated in the review. Confirm current compatibility with your hub before buying if you rely on Matter specifically.
- The E35 does not offer live viewing through a forward-facing camera. Taylor notes that some competing models do.
Noise: quiet, not silent
Taylor describes the E35 as impressively quiet. In his home it was hard to hear from an adjacent room or from another floor. He warns that someone sitting in the same room will notice it running. No decibel measurement is given, so “quiet” here is a comparative impression from one reviewer.

In one light upstairs vacuum run in Taylor’s home, the E35 took 12 minutes and used 20% of its battery. That is a single reported run, not a standardised runtime figure. Larger homes or heavier cleaning modes will take longer, so plan on the robot finishing a full floor across more than one charge if the area is large.

Running costs and consumables
The E35 uses bagged dust collection, not a bagless bin. The review identifies these supplies:
- Dust bags: three-litre bags, with a three-pack reported at £16 at review time.
- Floor-cleaning fluid: a 473 ml bottle reported at £20 at review time.
- Spare parts: none are included in the box.
Taylor suggests a generic robot-friendly cleaner may work, but this is his suggestion, not a manufacturer compatibility statement. Check the Eufy product page or the Eufy UK store before buying third-party consumables. He also speculates that Eufy may release an E35 accessory kit later. Do not assume one exists until Eufy confirms it. The E25 has an accessory set, but the review does not establish that it fits the E35.
Price: what the review’s figures mean
At the time of writing, Expert Reviews gave the E35 a £999 RRP, with an £849 introductory voucher offer. The E25 was listed at £609 against an £849 RRP at the same point. The £240 difference between the E35’s £849 offer and the E25’s £609 offer is the premium Taylor weighs.
These are UK prices from the review’s publication date. They are not live quotes, and offers change. Check current retailer prices before you decide, because the gap between the two models may be different now.
Which model suits you
Use these points to decide between the two models:
- Choose the E35 if you want the higher suction rating, the wider mop-roller and side-brush reach, the 60°C mop washing, five stored maps, or Matter 1.4 support, and the premium is acceptable to you.
- Choose the E25 if your priority is value. The review says it offers similar core performance at a lower price.
- Look elsewhere if your home has very deep carpet and you need detachable mops, or if you want live camera viewing. The review does not establish how the E35 compares with the other models it names, including the Roborock Saros 20 Neo, the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra and the Dyson Spot+Scrub, so this guide does not rank them.
Taylor’s conclusion is that the E35 is easy to recommend if the £240 premium is acceptable, while the E25 is much better value.
