Does it work on induction?
Yes, according to Essteele’s specification, the pan is suitable for induction as well as gas and electric cooktops. That makes it usable in a kitchen where a conventional electric or gas hob has been replaced by induction, without needing a separate saucepan for each cooktop type.

Can it go in the oven and dishwasher?
