The Epomaker Glyph is a distinctive 75% mechanical keyboard that Tom’s Guide reviewer Nikita Achanta praised for its comfortable typing, typewriter-inspired design and playful features. But the nearly 20% Prime Day discount—$111 in Tom’s Guide’s June 23, 2026 coverage—is historical, not a confirmed price today. The review lists the keyboard at $139 / £103; neither figure establishes its current price or availability.
What makes the Epomaker Glyph stand out?
The Glyph combines a compact layout with details uncommon on a conventional productivity keyboard: dual displays, per-key RGB lighting, a rotary knob and a lever that works as Enter when pushed up and Backspace when pulled down. Tom’s Guide’s June 11, 2026 review describes its appearance as typewriter-inspired and its typing sound as somewhere between creamy and clacky. The review says the displays can show the date and keyboard information, or display a GIF or still image. An included wrist rest completes the setup.

Its appeal is personal as well as practical. Achanta called it “The Epomaker Glyph is easily the best mechanical keyboard I’ve tested this year” in Tom’s Guide’s September 2026 awards coverage, where the publication named it its best keyboard. That is the reviewer’s assessment and Tom’s Guide’s editorial choice, not a universal ranking. In the June review, Achanta also called it “the ultimate keyboard for typists.”

Layout, switches and connectivity
Tom’s Guide identifies the reviewed Glyph as an 83-key, 75% keyboard. It saves desk space by omitting a numeric keypad, so it may be a poor fit if your work depends on entering numbers quickly.

How it feels to type—and what to expect from battery life
Achanta describes the Wisteria V2 switches as light linear switches and reports a comfortable typing experience. In the review, the sound is characterized as a balance between “creamy” and “clacky,” rather than a guarantee of how the keyboard will sound on every desk or to every listener.

Achanta reported a 10fastfingers result of 109 words per minute at 93.2% accuracy while using the Glyph. That is one reviewer’s result, not a predicted speed or accuracy for buyers.

Who should consider it—and who may want another layout?
- Consider it if: you want a compact keyboard with a distinctive typewriter look, a light linear typing feel and customizable display and lighting features.
- Look elsewhere if: you need a numeric keypad, prefer a wide choice of stock switch options, or want to avoid charging more often when display and RGB settings are high.
- Check the configuration: the review describes hot-swapping, but also notes limited stock switch choice. Confirm the switch and connection options on the specific listing before buying.
How it compares with the Logitech Pop Keys and Lofree DOT
Tom’s Guide names the Logitech Pop Keys and Lofree DOT as typewriter-style alternatives. Its review favors the Glyph’s typing feel and sound, describing the Pop Keys as having more plasticky echoes and metallic pings. It characterized the Lofree DOT as a lower-cost alternative at the time of publication, but that price comparison is historical. Current prices and availability for all three keyboards have not been established here, so compare live listings rather than relying on old price rankings.
