The Electrolux UltraFlex ZUF4305AF is a bagless canister vacuum sold under the UltraFlex Animal Allergy Pro name. Electrolux publishes its specifications: 1600 W maximum wattage, 12 m cleaning reach, 5.31 kg cleaner-only weight, a 1.6 L dust capacity, and an EFH13A HEPA 13 active-carbon exhaust filter. Those are manufacturer figures. They do not show how the machine performs on carpets, hard floors, pet hair or fine dust. No independent hands-on test of this model was available to cite, so this review explains what is documented and what still needs checking before you buy or maintain one.
What the ZUF4305AF is
The ZUF4305AF belongs to Electrolux’s UltraFlex line of bagless canister vacuums. In the product documentation it appears as the UltraFlex Animal Allergy Pro. The “Animal Allergy” branding describes how the product is marketed. It is not a measured result, and this article does not treat it as proof of pet-hair or allergen performance.

The specification lists three tools:
- AeroPro Extreme main floor nozzle, the primary tool for floors and carpets.
- Turbo nozzle, a powered brush tool for embedded debris and pet hair.

The specification names these tools but does not compare how well each one picks up debris. Whether the set you receive matches the listing depends on the bundle sold in your country, so check the box contents before purchase.

The exhaust filter
The model uses an EFH13A filter, described as HEPA 13 with active carbon. Two points matter for ownership:
- Confirm compatibility first. Filter part numbers can differ by region and by model or PNC variant. Match the EFH13A to the model number and PNC on your appliance before ordering.
- Never run the vacuum without its filters. The manual warns against operating the machine without filters, and a missing or wrong filter is a reason to stop using it until it is fixed.
Searching for “Electrolux EFH13A HEPA 13 active carbon filter” will find the part. Buy from a seller who lists the model compatibility, or from Electrolux’s own spare-parts webshop, which its support pages point to.

Until an independent test covers these points, compare the ZUF4305AF with other canisters using only the published measures in the table above: cleaner-only weight, dust capacity, reach, included tools, filter type, and the warranty and price you can verify locally.

Finding the manual
Electrolux directs owners to its documentation lookup by model name or PNC. Use these steps:
- Find the rating plate on the appliance and note the PNC. Electrolux’s UK support page states that the PNC is printed there.
- Open Electrolux’s support or documentation portal for your country.
- Search for the model name, ZUF4305AF, or enter the PNC in the model/PNC lookup.
- Download the PDF manual that matches your exact model.
If the portal returns no match, check the PNC against the rating plate again. Regional sites can list different PNCs for the same model name.

Safety and servicing
- Do not vacuum liquids. The manual prohibits it.
- Replace a damaged power cord only through an authorized Electrolux service centre. Do not repair the cord yourself.
- Check the filter before each use cycle. Confirm the EFH13A is seated and undamaged.
Support and parts availability differ by region, so confirm service options in your own country.
Before you buy
- Confirm the model number and PNC on the listing match the appliance you are considering.
- Check the tools in the box against the three nozzles listed above.
- Look up the warranty terms for your country, not only the seller’s summary.
- Look for an independent test of carpet and hard-floor pickup and pet-hair removal before relying on those claims.
Until independent testing is available, treat the ZUF4305AF as a documented canister with published specifications and an official manual, not as a model with verified cleaning results.
