Electrolux Australia describes the ZSP2320 as a Chili Red, bagged canister vacuum. Its listed specifications are intended as manufacturer figures, not independent measurements.

Noise and cleaning claims
Electrolux promotes its “Silence Pro System” as delivering a quieter cleaning experience and describes the ZSP2320 as having excellent cleaning results. The reviewed product information gives no decibel figure or independent cleaning test, so it cannot establish how quiet it is in a home or how its pickup compares with another vacuum. The “DustMagnet Silent” name is the listed floor nozzle, not an independent noise rating.

Design and included accessories
The Australian product page lists a 180-degree access lid, 360 Motion Technology, washable HEPA filtration, a DustMagnet Silent floor nozzle, hard-floor nozzle support and a 3-in-1 tool. These are manufacturer-described features. Package contents can vary by region or seller, so confirm which nozzle and tools are included with the exact unit rather than assuming every listed accessory comes in the box.
Which bags and filters fit the ZSP2320?
Dustbags
Electrolux identifies the bag format as s-bag and gives E201B as the original bag reference. The stated capacity is 3.5 L. “E201B s-bag” is a useful search phrase when replacing bags, but check the vacuum’s model or PNC (product number code) against the packaging or seller’s compatibility list before ordering.

These part numbers refer to different filter positions; do not treat them as interchangeable. Confirm compatibility for the exact model/PNC and local part listing. Electrolux Denmark’s parts page also lists bags, EFH12W and other parts, but that regional listing does not establish stock or availability elsewhere.
What do owners’ ratings tell you?
Electrolux’s regional product pages display different rating-and-review sample pairs: Australia shows 4.1 from 20 reviews, while New Zealand shows 3.7 from 10 reviews. These are small, separate samples hosted by the manufacturer, not comparable laboratory results or a reliable basis for predicting an individual owner’s experience. Ratings and counts can change over time.

Is the ZSP2320 still available, and is there a successor?
Availability cannot be established from the listed specifications. Product-page presence or a parts listing does not confirm that a new vacuum is currently in stock; check Electrolux or local retailers for your country. Electrolux New Zealand identifies ZSP2320T as replacing ZSP2320 in that regional context. This does not establish that ZSP2320T is a universal successor or that it is available in other markets.

The ZSP2320 is a plausible fit for someone specifically seeking a bagged canister with power-level control, a long stated reach and replaceable, clearly referenced bags and filters. The available manufacturer specifications do not answer whether it cleans well on a particular carpet, how loud it is in practice, or how it compares with current alternatives. Those decisions require independent testing or a chance to assess the machine in person.
