The Electrolux Pure C9 PC91ANIMAT is a chili-red, bagless canister vacuum sold in a Pet configuration. Electrolux lists a 12 m cleaning reach, 5.9 kg cleaner-only weight and 1.6 L dust container for the Australian model. Its included AeroPro Turbo nozzle gives it a tool intended for pet hair, but the package does not list a motorised power nozzle. The available evidence is manufacturer material rather than independent testing, so cleaning performance claims should be treated as Electrolux’s, not as verified results.

Is the Electrolux Pure C9 PC91ANIMAT good for pet hair?
The Pet designation and included AeroPro Turbo nozzle make this configuration more relevant to pet owners than a package with only a basic floor nozzle. Electrolux does not list a motorised power nozzle among the included tools. The available model-specific evidence does not establish how well it removes embedded hair from upholstery or carpet, or how it compares with powered-brush vacuums.
The other listed floor tool is the FlowMotion Combination nozzle. For a home with mixed floors, the two nozzles provide different options, but the listed package does not include a separately identified dedicated hard-floor nozzle. Whether that is suitable depends on your flooring and the exact package sold in your market.

What do the suction and filtration claims establish?
Electrolux describes the PC91ANIMAT as having a “Fully Sealed PureFlow™ system,” “7-Stage filtration” and “Powerful suction.” Its Australian page also says “155km air speed ensures dust is efficiently collected.” These are manufacturer claims; they are not independent measurements of household pickup, filtration performance or allergen removal.

How practical are its reach, weight and bin capacity?
Electrolux lists a 12 m cleaning reach, which is useful to consider when estimating how often you may need to change outlets. The 5.9 kg figure is for the cleaner alone; it should not be read as the weight of the complete package with accessories or as a measurement of carrying comfort on stairs. The listed 1.6 L bin gives a capacity figure, but does not by itself tell you how often it will need emptying in your home.
The page also lists automatic cord rewind, easy-roll wheels, controlled dust emptying and one access point for filters. Those feature descriptions do not establish how easily the bin empties in practice, whether fine dust escapes during emptying, or how the wheels perform on particular floor surfaces.

- Powerful Performance on Hard Floors: Specifically designed with your home's hard floor surfaces in mind, the PowerPro Roller picks up everything from fine dust to large particles

- Versatile 2-in-1 Design: Use the hard floor nozzle and motorized bristle nozzle to remove debris from hard floor surfaces and carpeted areas, or detach the integrated hand unit for quick above-floor cleaning of hard-to-reach areas

- Items Delivered: 1 x Electrolux WellQ7 Hard Floor cordless 2-in-1 vacuum with hard floor nozzle; 1 x multi-surface bristle nozzle; 1 x telescoping reach tool; 1 x small dusting brush; 1 x E10 filter; 1 x charging stand
Which filters does the PC91ANIMAT use?
Electrolux lists EF158 as the motor filter and EFH13W as the HEPA 13 exhaust filter. Before ordering replacements, match the filter code to the vacuum’s model and PNC, and confirm compatibility with the seller or Electrolux’s local parts listing. Filter stock and availability can change.

Who should consider it, and what should they check before buying?
The PC91ANIMAT is worth considering if you want a bagless canister and value the included turbo tool alongside a combination floor nozzle. The documentation is not enough to recommend it on the basis of independently verified pet-hair pickup, allergy performance, noise or long-term reliability.
- Confirm the listing says PC91ANIMAT and, where available, PNC 900258435—not simply “Pure C9.”
- Check that the unit includes the FlowMotion Combination nozzle, AeroPro Turbo nozzle and 3-in-1 accessory.
- Verify local voltage and plug, warranty terms, return conditions and service support.
- Compare reach, cleaner-only weight and bin capacity against the alternatives you are considering, using specifications for the same market.
- If filters are important to your decision, verify EF158 and EFH13W availability and exact fit before purchase.
