The door has three glass layers and is removable; Electrolux says the inner panes can also be removed for cleaning. These design details may make routine access easier, but they do not mean the oven cleans itself.
How SteamBake works—and what the claim establishes
SteamBake is the EVE614DSE’s distinguishing cooking feature. Electrolux says the steam function helps dough rise and supports a soft centre and glossy crust. That is the manufacturer’s explanation of the feature, not independent proof that this oven produces a particular improvement over another oven. The material available for this model does not establish the size or consistency of the benefit in comparative testing.

If you mainly want an oven for roasting, grilling or everyday baking, the other seven listed functions may matter more than SteamBake. If bread and pastry are a regular part of your cooking, the feature may be appealing—but treat the promised result as a design claim rather than a guaranteed outcome.
Do not confuse it with the pyrolytic EVEP614DSE
The similar model name can cause a costly misunderstanding. The EVE614DSE has eight listed functions and no listed pyrolytic-cleaning program. The separate EVEP614DSE is the nine-function pyrolytic model. Electrolux lists both with 80 L gross and 72 L usable capacity and the same external dimensions.
