What does FC 27 update 1.0.3 fix?
EA describes the release as a “Small Bug Fix Update.” Its official notes group the fixes by game area:

Ultimate Team
- Addresses cases where opening Moments challenges could trigger a loading screen that required restarting the game.
- Fixes female managers appearing incorrectly in cutscenes.
- Addresses unintended match-setting changes in Squad Battles.
The Grounds
- Improves matchmaking reliability.
- Addresses some five-star skill moves being unavailable in certain modes.
- Fixes cases where players could get stuck on a wall during the Goal Control kickabout.
Career Mode
- Addresses Manager Career cases where players could request transfers without prior messages or complaints, even when morale was high.
General, audio and visual
- Updates some stadium themes, kits and text.
- Addresses various stability issues.
- Fixes a case where a player transferred from Club Transfers could sometimes be duplicated.
Are there gameplay changes?
EA’s published v1.0.3 notes list bug fixes and presentation and matchmaking changes, but no gameplay balance or tuning changes. That describes the published changelog; it is not a claim that every gameplay behavior was independently tested.
Why is the update called 1.000.006?
EA’s official article names the release “Title Update v1.0.3.” MP1st’s October 2 headline identifies it as “Update 1.000.006 for Version 1.0.3.” Since EA’s notes reviewed do not use the 1.000.006 label, treat it as secondary reporting rather than EA’s own version designation.

Download size and platform availability
The sources reviewed do not provide a download-size figure or a complete platform-by-platform rollout table, nor do EA’s notes map the 1.000.006 label to specific platforms. MP1st’s search-result text calls the download small, but gives no confirmed size here; there is not enough information to state a universal rollout or file size.
