Why Duskfade is described as having 26 trophies
The number depends on platform terminology. Steam’s official Duskfade store listing, for the PC release on August 13, 2026, states: “Includes 25 Steam Achievements.” A 2026 guide by Priya Singh at Nerd’s Chalk reports 26 PS5 trophies made up of one Platinum, eight Gold, five Silver and 12 Bronze trophies. In that roster, the Platinum is an additional completion award rather than a 26th gameplay objective.

Duskfade is a single-player action/adventure from developer Weird Beluga and publisher Fireshine Games. Its activities mix platforming, combat and exploration, so completion is not limited to finishing the campaign.
How to unlock the Master Clockmaker Platinum
Earn every other Duskfade trophy. The guide-reported PS5 requirement for Master Clockmaker is straightforward: complete the remaining 25 trophies, including the story, collectible, upgrade and character objectives below. There is no separate Platinum quest or hidden post-game challenge identified in the available evidence.
On Steam, you should expect the same practical checklist but no Platinum badge, because Steam presents the 25 objectives as achievements. Xbox is likewise reported to use 25 achievements rather than a 26-trophy PS5-style structure.
The eight Gold trophies are the main completion checklist
These Gold objectives account for the largest optional tasks in the reported PS5 roster. Their requirements come from the Nerd’s Chalk guide and have not been independently tested.

The guide’s summary does not assign a tier to each of these 17 individual trophies. It does, however, report the complete distribution of one Platinum, eight Gold, five Silver and 12 Bronze trophies across all 26 PS5 entries. Do not infer a particular Silver or Bronze tier from the order in which a trophy appears in a guide.
What kinds of play the list requires
Normal story progression
Several entries should unlock naturally as you reach locations and complete major events: breaking the Temporal Anchor in Tick Town, finding the Clockwork Academy, helping Gramps cross the Veil, reuniting with Cuckoo, escaping the Tower with Allira and opening the Tower doors. These are the least likely objectives to need a separate checklist, but record the unlock notification if you are tracking a clean run.

Character favors and conversations
Tailord, Arpeggio, N1-C0, the desert explorer, Palette, the Canyon granny and other named characters are connected to optional interactions. Some ask you to return an item, locate a person or complete a special condition. Speak to characters again after major story changes; a new movement ability or area opening may be what makes the next interaction possible.
Collecting and purchasing
The card collection, kittens, music boxes and Rainbow Ingots are separate completion tracks. The Traveler’s objects and upgrades add a spending requirement, while health and Temporal Energy add capacity requirements. A single pass that only follows objective markers can therefore finish the story without satisfying the Platinum checklist.
Combat and deliberate actions
Breaking the Cloudie Guard’s pots, killing Wilson, dazzling Palette with the best outfit and deliberately falling from the Tower are specific actions rather than broad completion totals. The guide also calls out Wally’s six hiding spots in order. These are the entries most likely to be missed through ordinary play, so consult a current platform-specific walkthrough when you reach the relevant area.

A practical route to 100 percent
- Play the campaign normally. Prioritize the story until the major regions, Tower sections and traversal options are available. This earns the automatic milestones without forcing an inefficient early detour.
- Talk to every named character. Revisit Tailord, Arpeggio, Gramps, N1-C0, Palette, the Canyon granny and other optional characters after important story events. Record any request involving an item, outfit or special location.
- Start a collection checklist. Track kittens, music boxes, cards and Rainbow Ingots separately. Mark the area and the item, not just the total, because the available evidence does not provide a universal in-game counter for every category.
- Spend currency with the Traveler. Buy every object and upgrade required for Shopaholic. If the trophy does not appear, verify that you purchased upgrades as well as ordinary objects and that no item remains unavailable because of story progress.
- Raise both maximum stats. Continue collecting health and Temporal Energy upgrades until each capacity is maxed. These are distinct trophies, so completing one does not satisfy the other.
- Clean up deliberate triggers. Handle the Tower fall, Wally’s ordered hiding spots, the crowned Cloudie, the Cloudie Guard’s pots, Wilson and Palette’s outfit interaction with a written checklist.
- Check the trophy list before stopping. Confirm every gameplay trophy has unlocked. On PS5, Master Clockmaker should follow once all other trophies are earned; on Steam, verify all 25 achievements instead.
This story-first/cleanup approach is advice rather than a guarantee about availability. The guide suggests that some collectibles become easier after gaining additional movement abilities, but the sources do not establish that every objective is freely available after the ending.

The evidence is inconclusive. Nerd’s Chalk presents current information as showing no missable trophies. Duskfade.org also describes the list as non-missable in its overview, yet its later guidance flags deliberate actions and Wally’s six hiding spots in a required order. Neither source resolves whether those actions can always be completed post-game, whether a failed sequence can be repeated, or whether a patch changes the behavior.

How long does the full trophy run take?
Estimates differ by source and by what the estimate includes. Nerd’s Chalk gives a guide estimate of about 9–12 hours. Duskfade.org says the official FAQ estimates about 16 hours for collectibles plus achievements, while noting that community estimates vary; the FAQ itself was not directly inspected. These figures are planning ranges, not guaranteed completion times. A first playthrough focused on exploration, missed routes and optional dialogue will take longer than a guided cleanup run.

- Wally’s trophy is incomplete: Verify all six hiding spots and their order. The source specifically warns that the sequence matters.
- A deliberate action seems ineffective: Reload the save made before the action and perform the trigger exactly as described for your platform and current patch.
- The Platinum is missing: On PS5, inspect the list for one unearned gameplay trophy. The Platinum requires all other trophies; it is not awarded for collecting only the Gold entries.
