Dolce & Gabbana has brought back By Man and By Woman in its Re-Edition collection. T3 reports that both fragrances debuted in 1997 and were discontinued in 2007; the relaunch is presented as preserving their original scents with updated retail presentation. The two return with distinct scent profiles and animal-print bottle designs.
Which fragrances have returned?
The comeback is for By Man and By Woman—not simply any products carrying the broader Re-Edition name. T3 reported their return on 1 October 2026, describing them as revivals of the original 1997 fragrances, discontinued in 2007. T3 says the relaunch aims to retain the original scents while updating the retail presentation. T3’s report is the source for that history and relaunch description.

How do By Man and By Woman differ?
T3’s descriptions distinguish the fragrances by their listed notes and original creators. These are publication-reported note descriptions, not the result of an independent wear test.

What do they cost, and where are they listed?
As of 3 October 2026, Harrods UK’s fragrance listing showed By Man Re-Edition Eau de Parfum and By Woman Re-Edition Eau de Parfum in 100ml bottles, each priced at £280. This is a UK retailer listing observed on that date; price and availability can change.

Not on the evidence available. The Dolce&Gabbana Canadian Re-Edition collection page displays products named Masculine Re-Edition Eau de Parfum and Sicily Re-Edition Eau de Parfum, rather than By Man and By Woman. T3 and Harrods UK use the By names. The available pages do not establish that By Man is the same product as Masculine Re-Edition, or that By Woman is the same as Sicily Re-Edition; the naming difference may reflect regional assortment or changing pages, but its cause is unconfirmed.
