Goyal’s reported guidance permits showering, bathing, swimming, and sauna use while wearing Temple. He excluded scuba diving, attributing that limitation to the device rather than the adhesive Grip. How often should you replace a Temple Grip?
Use a fresh Grip whenever you attach Temple: India Today quoted Goyal saying, “Always use a fresh Grip,” and reported that a Grip cannot be reused after removal.
The same report says a Grip might last about seven days, but the company recommends changing it every two to three days. The shorter interval is the recommendation to follow; the approximate seven-day figure is not a substitute for it.

What is Temple, and what should its health claims mean to you?
India Today describes Temple as a small, pill-shaped wearable worn between the forehead and ear, designed to measure brain blood flow using a system called Brain Flow.
